Care to elaborate on your comments please? I'm not sure if you're talking about the NFL license or what. It almost sounds like you're talking console exclusivity and not a particular sport.Comment

Re: Xbox 720
Rumors are the 3rd-party exclusives may be returning. And while nothing says it will be full games from EA, there have been talks of EA and Microsoft having some sort of partnership, much like what is expected with Sony and Activision/Blizzard.Originally posted by BlueNGoldI feel weird for liking a post about exposed penises.Comment

Re: Xbox 720
I just expect some new IPs to be console exclusive from those two companies and the respective console makers ... what I dont expect is them to restrict their stablished franchises into an exclusive console ... unless a more than ordinary amount of millions of dollars, can anyone really imagine Fifa & Madden (to name a few) exclusive for a single console ? ... leaving aside how harcore console fans are (probably as hardcore as games fans), the cost to buy both consoles in todays economy cant be compared to what was a few years back, even if back then prices were more steep.Comment

Re: Xbox 720
the most common thought on this is that it will likely be a timed exclusive, the new M$ system would get EA games 2 weeks or whatever before Sony would.Comment

Next Xbox Functionality, Pricing Reportedly Outed
New console may run Windows 8, launch in November and only be available in one model.
Sheeh more rumors!
The Xbox 720 will be revealed on May 21 ahead of a November release and probably won't offer backwards compatibility, according to veteran technology blogger Paul Thurrott.
On the latest What the Tech podcast, Thurrott claimed that Microsoft's next console will be available from November for either $500 for a normal model, or $300 for a subscription model. He also weighed in on the mounting evidence that suggests the next Xbox will be always online.

It may be enough to sway those die hards with little patience to go and buy an xbox so they don't have to wait.
Time will tell. (No pun intended)Comment

Re: Xbox 720
I'm the opposite, I love rumors. It gets the speculative juices flowing and the banter back & forth started. Very fun to read rumors, I take them for only what they are... rumors.
I agree with you on one thing though, I also can't wait until the reveal.Comment

Re: Xbox 720
Problem is that has been done here already, and the reveal was supposed to finally be a couple of days ago, but then M$ decides they're going to move it again back another month when that date came.Comment
