I didn't really see anything that made me say "Wow I have to have a X1 at release". Maybe I'll be able to wait on the first price drop, however I suppose that all depends on what we see from EA and 2K (and of course Sony).

If EA's sports games are missing features like at the beginning of current gen, then this will be an easy wait (especially with games like GTA, South Park and current gen 2k, NCAA & Madden to hold me over). If they're not missing features and (dare I say it) are even expanded upon then this is going to be a really, really expensive year.

Exactly my thoughts. $499.99 plus costs for games and more, privacy concerns with Kinect, a brick if your Internet fails, used game issues....nope. Until these are addressed, I will not even consider a preorder or a buy later on.

Dead Rising too. That game will be so sick. Glad it isnt so boxed and clunky looking.

So the reason for the "end of AI" claims from Forza... all of the drivers in your game are populated by the "Driveatars" of people either your know or other random people online... with their driving styles like 3-wide, clean, dirty, etc. This an be tweaked/overridden with difficulty settings somehow.

Also "when you come online you can see how your driveatar did against other players and get credit for that"

Which is still AI, it's just more of adaptive (but not really) AI.

Buzzwords to create excitement. Semi cool, though. Still won't replace actually racing against others (reaction times, actual thought processes.) It's basically an evolution of the ghosts that racing games already do.

was watching the interview and I think that is a great feature ... only problem is I saw wrecks in turn 1 because cars weren't maintaining lines, so it is bringing the crazy wrecks to single player ... they will have to get that figured out
