This same chatter when on when the last generation happened and you know what, both systems did fairly well and people had fun.

I just hope both systems crank out a lot of exclusives that take full advantage of their systems that you know the third parties won't do for the most part.

Exactly! The only exclusive that I really want to see Microsoft keep going are Forza and Halo. I would love to see some of these new exclusives they have planned just be awesome. The big thing for me isn't the graphics. I'm more focused on physics and presentation. Something both consoles should be able to handle very well.

Quantum Break is the newest IP I'm totally psyched for. I love the games Remedy develops. They always have great storylines that compliment gameplay

So two weeks difference sealed the deal for you? Okay...

The release dates being so close isn't really a big deal. If one was dropping 6 months to a year later, I would say they would have an advantage, but a few weeks isn't going to be a big deal for either one of these consoles.

Where do you get 2 weeks from ? There were rumors floating around about a possible October 21 release date for PS4, me personally I think the Xbox One will launch late November. Thats about a month difference. I would not have wanted to wait a month to go next gen so I woulda went with the PS4. Seeing as how the PS4 is the middle of November I could live with waiting a week to 2 weeks for the Xbox One. I wasnt willing to wait a month. Plus I actually like the Xbox One better from a feature standpoint. I was only considering the PS4 because it was $100 cheaper and I felt it would launch first.

And that's fine. As far as gaming features though they are almost identical. Skype and all that other stuff you can use computer and phone as well and don't really enhance the gaming experience IMO.

I wasn't trying to convert anyone. He said he was going PS4 then flipped. He converted himself. I was just informing him that gaming feature wise they are basically the same. It doesn't hurt to be informed.
