Are you on Comcast? I read a story yesterday about XB1 wifi problems on Comcast due to IPv6 issues. Being worked on by both parties.

Nope...I have Road Runner on Bright House.

It's random and weird...doesn't happen every time I turn on the box and it never drops once I am connected. When it happens and I cannot connect to XBL, I go to the network setup and none of the wireless networks around me appear. I refresh the list and they all appear again. Problem is (and this is how MS has designed it) that you can only store information for one wireless network and when it doesn't see my network, it is like it forgets I was even connected to one so I have to re-enter my network password and everything is good again. I have two wireless networks in my house (5ghz and 2.4ghz) and I can't even switch between the two without typing in the network password again.

I so miss the chat pad from the 360...wouldn't be as much of an issue if I had one of those, or even typing through the Kinect and voice command would probably be faster. Typing with the controller is so cumbersome and annoying.

That's a good idea, didn't think of that...but how can you connect with SmartGlass when the Xbox One isn't connected to your network?

Ryse is a beautiful game. I know the story is shallow and the game is too short but it shows the systems potential.

Not sure if this means I'm having issues or not but when I turn my Xbox One on, it boots into the NBA Live 14 demo straight away and not to the home screen.

Is this normal? I can't see anywhere in the options about starting up a certain game when turning on and I don't know how to turn it off.

You have do a hard reset. On the machine, hold down the power button for a few,seconds. Then turn it back on. Same thing happened to me. The hard reset clears out the cache.

Finally got around to picking up an XB1. Posted in the TV Xbox one thread but figured I'd ask here also.

Anyone who runs TV through their Xbox One feel like it's lost a bit of quality/Not HD?

The menus are HD but sometimes I feel like the picture/TV isn't quite HD quality. I'm on AT&T Uverse if that helps out at all.

I do not see any difference on mine, I use DirecTV. Maybe try taking a high def pic of it with and without of the same picture and compare is what I'd do because maybe it's just a perception issue instead of a real one?

Beginning to think it's just me/AT&T and not the Xbox. I'm almost positive it's HD, just has some Digital Archiving going on sometimes in the blacks. Think it's because its a Wireless AT&T Receiver I have it plugged into and not that main one.

Since that receiver basically streams the TV from the main one I think that's what it is.
