Same here on Fifa. Not a soccer fan at all, but I enjoy playing the game. I first tried F14 through the vault, then upgraded to 15 this year when it hit. Paid for my subscription with Fifa for free alone.
Then I picked up NBA Live this year from it too with the trial. Not a huge basketball fan, I have friends who are and would play the game against me if I bought it, but I didn't enjoy that at all really, again though, not a basketball fan either. I will say it looked great though. Another experience I wouldn't have had though without the program.
It's going to serve its value again with Rory McIlroy PGA Tour too. I'm taking advantage of every minute of that 6 hour trial to see if something about that game is worth dropping $60 bucks on, or if it's the NHL15 of Golf.
Titanfall I didn't mind. Didn't play it a lot, wish it had a regular single player offline mode though, I enjoyed my time with it.
NFS though... brutal. I hated everything about it. Could be because I'm so used to Forza and Forza Horizon. To me though, Horizon is better than NFS in every way. Visuals, cars, controls, sounds, driveability, playability, and replay value.
People like to slam EA Access... but if there's games there you're going to play, but wouldn't ordinarily buy, it's totally worth it. Even if there's games you think you may want, but want to try first, the trials make it worth it. As I mentioned, it might end up saving me from making a $60 mistake with Rory PGA... I'll definiately be re-upping my sub when its due in August.
Plus, I typically buy my sports games on disc still, so once they hit the vault, I trade them in, get credit back for them, and can still play them through the vault. Pretty sweet deal there too.
