Which are all things that the minority of folks who frequent message boards know about. The average consumer will see $450. There are people still buying DVDs that haven't even transitioned to bluray.
Again, I'm not saying this is a bad value, I'm just saying it's expensive. They might not be trying to catch Sony, but they still want sales, and when Mrs. Smith walks into Best Buy to buy little Jimmy a gaming system and sees a $450 Xbox next to a $299 PS4, which one do you think she's going to purchase? UHD, 4K, and a Bluetooth controller certainly won't be swaying that decision.
Regardless, I'm not trying to derail this thread or anything. If it sells well, great, I hope it does. I'm just not convinced that's going to happen based on values and technology that most consumers don't know they need or even want. Especially when most of the equipment they have at home can't support it yet anyway.
