Also I am awful at drifting. Getting to the point where these drifting missions make me want to just stop playing.

How many of these drifting events are there? This is my third one already and I'm not that far in. First two were awful but I struggled through them. Took a ton of tries. This one I gave up after like 12 tries. If there are going to be this many of these through the whole game it's gonna hurt replay value for me. It's just not fun. I wanna race not slide around by myself. Lol

Edit: had no idea you have to go back and collect credits.

I'm assuming the car they make me drive during the drifting event is decent at drifting though. I don't mind drifting around turns while racing but these drifts events are just not fun. I'm assuming it would be easier if I went manual with clutch but I don't really want to do that. Would rather just not do them honestly. Would that screw me over at all?

I don't know. I've skipped them. Haven't really setup a good drift car yet

You can't even pick a car in the ones I'm doing so making a drift car wouldn't even help. They just give you a ride. That's also frustrating.

What are you talking about? I haven't seen any drift specific events, there are drift zones.

Are you sure you're not talking about the cross country races?
