PlayStation 4 Discussion

Came in here to specifically ask that question. I'm having the friends list issues as well. It shows one of my friends playing BF4, and he logged off BF4 like 6 hours ago. I couldn't view any of my friends at all, eventually. Restarted twice to no avail. Check to make sure it wasn't my internet, etc

I just gave up and logged off. Seemed like my PS4 was working extra hard too (got really really hot in the back)

I gotta say, I like the DS3 more than the DS4. The one glaring issue for me is how close the X button is to the edge of the pad. I tend to be pretty agressive pushing the buttons and my thumb gets sore from hitting the edge of that circular flat surface that the buttons are on.

My first online game in MLB The Show was interesting.

I hit a shot to right field that rolled to the fence because the guy misplayed it. I went to advance my runner and on the baserunners view, the guy at first base wasn't running to second. He was running into the outfield (not the actual runner, but the runner indicator). The right fielder starts to lag out going to get the ball. I hit advance again as I had no idea what the hell was going on as the runner indicator had my guy in right field. The right fielder eventually gets the ball and just stands there. Thinking something happened with the game, I decided against advancing as I thought it was cheap. Few seconds later, the guy is still standing there and then I hear, "And he gets thrown out at third. Not a good move there trying to stretch it out." The runner indicator was nowhere near third. I had no idea he was even going there and his outfielder on my screen was still holding the ball like a statue.

Good times. It's a shame this game is so bad online still.

Stupid controller interface strikes again, this time in the Bottom of the 9th in my The Show Franchise. Why it decides to make my outfielder run down while a fly ball is in the air I have no idea. It does pick up interference but I am sitting literally right in front of my PS4. I also have my PS3 and Wii U next to it but otherwise I have no idea.

Oh and I get Error 31194-8 no matter what I try and download or update off the PSN shop. I tested out my PS3 and PC and zero problems.

End rant.

I think for most part player models are better in 2K. Lighting at times is amazing though in The Show. First thing I actually thought why isn't the grass better. lol FIFA has pretty good grass this year.

One of my friends was having this problem over the weekend. I had him reboot his PS4 and that fixed it.

It includes the reaper of souls DLC, which I have heard is much darker than the stand alone edition. Here is a video that talks more about the ps4 version.
