I expect some sort of compensation if Shu went to those lengths of apologies. I won't protest of they want to give me some credit back.

Sony needs to pull that **** from the store. The developers should not be getting money when their product is still broken.

I agree, it should be pulled from the PS Store until everything is fixed. Although, I didn't have a problem buying the disc version, even after knowing of the server issues first week; And I have really enjoyed the game, despite that. My fear is that they've 'killed' the game with the launch debacle. I'm a very patient person, but I know that is a very small minority. The majority of people will/have moved on, and rightfully so. It's a shame, because at it's core, it truly is a fun game.

I'm puzzled as to why they are having so many issues. The latter MotorStorm games had a small amount of the social racer aspect, and it work fairly well, on PS3 nonetheless. I hope they finally get it together, so that the [remaining] fans can enjoy the game even more. I have faith that they will work hard at trying to "make it up" to the gamers, over the post-post-release period, lol. I think Evolution may have led Sony to believe that they were further along than they were, and Sony had already gassed and fired up the hype machine...lol.

Now to get someone to let me try out Metal Gear

I truly don't see how game companies are not going to do something to battle this. It will really cut down on their sales I would imagine. For instance me and my dad play madden, NBA, and the show online against one another. Now we can flip flop buying titles to play against one another instead of both of us always shelling out for each title.

I also have the can't wake from sleep issue. Guess just turnoff completely till fixed.

I have Metal Gear. Do I have to be playing it in order for you to play?

You have to have the PS4 on, setup a party, I would join, you send share invite, then hand controller over and I can play game for a hour

Well I just tried Shareplay for the first time with countryboy. We couldn't stay connected with him as the host but got through an inning in the Show of me hosting and us both playing. He can probably tell you more about the input delay but it was pretty evident there was a lot on his end. I have a 10 mb down/2 up connection, for reference.

I'm guessing it felt a lot like what I experience when trying to play the Show through Remote Play. I just think it's going to be hard to play games which require quick reactions with it. Unless it was one or both of our connections acting up, of course.

When I go into what was standby, my PS4 just has my yellow/orange link blink off and on and I can't turn my PS4 back on unless I unplug the power. I have to shut down every time now. Any idea?


EDIT: Looks like others are having the problem. Just too many replies to look through.

I just downloaded the you tube app and my PS4 froze, then shut itself off. I rebooted aHD it did a dianostic check and is back up. You tube is getting deleted immeadeately. This is why I want my game consoles to just be game consoles. You start adding crap and the poop hits the fan!

Update: you tube can not be deleted. lol. Man.

If you're streaming from an external capture device (yes, that can be done) I would say it's very possible assuming you have sufficicient bandwidth. From the PS4's twitch capture....probably not.
