Is there anything similar to this for the PS4?

I have the Sony Gold wireless headset, and while they are nice I have come to the conclusion that I really prefer having game sounds come through the TV and chat through a mic.

I have 8 games and have 194.5 GB left.

I don't think I'll ever need an external HDD. I tend to trade games in when I'm finished with them (trading games in is a good value if you have the GCU at Best Buy).

12 games is really not that many. I have like 30 games on my ps3 Hard Drive. So far on my PS4 I have only 7 games and I am already down to like 197 and that is with out any DLC at all. I hate that this gen ever thing has to be installed onto the hard drive. This gen you may even need like a 2.5-3 TB Hard drive if you are like me and you don't trade games in and still play games form time to time. If not at least 2TB. It will probly be a long time before I need to get a bigger hard drive though has I don't know if there are going to be a lot of games I want next year. So far the only games I care about next year are mlb the show, batman akrham knight an and the new rachet and clank game. But even if I get mlb I already have 14 so its not going to make a difference with spaces. So with only maybe 2 games next year it is not like it is going to take up all 197 of it.

For those that have upgraded the HD on the PS4, are your games performing as they should? I remember I swapped out my PS3 HD a few years back & some games would hang at certain moments (the main one being Madden which would happen right as the ball was being snapped...and it happened about 70% of the time).

I'm going to have to make that jump too as I've recently had to delete games as well & I have probably 10-12 physical games also......

I've had to start deleting games recently. Should I just delete the free PSN games that I'm not longer playing as well for now? I can always re-access them as long as I have PS+ right?

With full games like Injustice coming to PS+ it isn't going to take long before upgraded HDDs are going to be much more common IMO. If Sony wants to be pro-active they need to release "official" PS Hard Drive upgrades, maybe in 1 TB and 2 TB sizes.

That's what I did John as that's my understanding as well (I never play those games anyway).

They were yesterday on BB.com, for $69.99 — as part their Green Monday promo. I don't know if it's still at that price point or not.

                            Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion

I have a thought to take advantage of the Best Buy B2G1F promotion, but I have a question:

I got GTA V twenty-ish days ago, meaning I'm obviously still in the clear to return my original purchase. Obviously it's opened, so if I get a new copy with COD: AW and LBP 3, I can return the unopened copy with my original receipt. Nothing new there. Though I also received a 500 points ($10) pre-order bonus with this game as well, so in the end I'll have gotten my two new games for about $40 total (all things considered, since I already "own" GTA V in my head).

The only thing I'm questioning is if I return this copy, do I lose my 500 pre-order points? Curious about this one, since the points have already been issued to me, and I figure just cashing in the points will bring me in the red for points if I make this return. Curious as to who knows about this. I'd rather feel like I paid $40 instead of $50, and if it's $50 I might consider getting another game instead of re-issuing GTA V, maybe like NBA 2K15.

Gracias for anyone who can help!

According to the BB Pre-Order thread over at CAG, it sounds like you would lose the points if you return any game that earned pre-order bonus points. If you don't have the points in your account to cover the amount, it sounds like it will go into the negative to do so. The only transaction that will keep the points in your account is a Price Match, and you can only do that once.

Thanks. Seems like I have to decide between getting another game for a ~$100 deal or run the GTA V thing for ~$50. At ~$40 it sounded a lot sweeter haha.

I'll probably still do the GTA thing, but I wonder if I feel like I'm gaining anything in the process that nobody else isn't now, besides getting the game a few weeks early.
