I don't know what it is but I just hate the new design for the new XBone controller.

The whole PSN ID linked to the controller is awesomeness.

Looks smaller, too. Not a good thing.

Both look pretty ugly IMO, with the One's controller being the better looking of the two. But as long as they actually feel good and function good then what they look like is irrelevant.

            Very awesome.

I agree. It seems like it should be flipped.

Yes, a built in high quality mono speaker. I know some developers have discussed using it for dynamic sound as an addition to the "surround sound" experience.

For example, if you're playing a survival horror game, there could be some subtle, ambient noises coming from the controller to help raise the tension in the atmosphere. Or in an FPS game, you could hear the bullets whiz by you through the controller.

We'll just have to see how it works in the actual games, though.

I am with you. I don't care how they look as long as they feel good.

The only thing that concerns me with the PS4 controller is the L1, L2 buttons. Me coming from 360 and liking the feel of the 360 controller over the PS3 has me concerned with how far your left thumb is from the L1/2 buttons. On the 360 controller you are closer to those so it was not so far a reach, on the PS4 it is looking like it will be a long stretch.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Neither look very good from a purely visual standpoint. They are just kind of awkward looking.

But... the feel and function is 100 times more important than how they look when sitting on the TV stand, and it sounds like the DS4 has taken some nice strides in that area. Maybe I can finally put my rant about convex triggers to rest.

So whats the general consensus on the best PS3 headset with mic? Only headsets I've used are the X-12's and the Sennheiser HD280 pros.

I really like my Titan. It's wired though. I may look into a wireless one after wallet recovers from Next gen week 1.

Sure hoping my A50s work with the PS4. I use them now for both the PS3 and the 360. Real nice headphones.

Could not find these, only thing that popped up was skull candy ear buds. Unless that is what you use.
