But I'm starting to get really scared after reading about all the problems with PS4's... I'm getting the PS4 from Amazon... Is there anything I can do so I won't have any problems?

Congrats. I havent had any issues. All I did was hook it up, follow the on screen prompts for setup. Once my wifi was connected I downloaded the software update and it installed, then I played. Didnt try anything funky through that process. Just followed all on screen prompts until everything was ready.

Knock on wood, but I've had zero issues so far... well, other than haven't to wait about 30 mins to log into PSN.

I think I over did it on games as well. Been playing 2K and Madden, but that's about it. Still haven't touched FIFA, AC4 or BF4. I probably could have saved like $250 because I've been playing Resogun damn near the whole time. Lol!

I think I over did it and I only bought 3 games. All I'm playing is 2K14. I'm not really in to FPS that much so I'm only played about 30 minutes of the campaign. I'm still contemplating on whether I should open Madden or not. the reviews are definitely much better than I anticipated, but I just don't know if I'll have have time to actually get deep into it.

At this point I think I'm good until UFC and The Show are released.

I had a classic game of 2K last night! Unfortunately, I didn't let anyone know I was streaming lol. Came back from 21 down to win in OT... and no proof :-/

I couldn't even set a price on what I would give 2k to make a college football game. I don't even care if the rosters are completely random just give us something.

So Amazon responded to me not getting my PS4 in time yesterday by saying they would be giving me $40 bucks in video game credit. I just checked the balance and apparently they gave me 40 dollars credit in video games, kindle books, instant video, and mp3s.

I'm pretty pleased with them right about now.

Welp, had my first game crash a few minutes ago while playing LEGO Marvel Heroes. Was chasing after Goblin in Oscorp and suddenly an error message popped up asking me if I wanted to send the problem to Sony... Not sure what happened there. Not a lot of saves in the game so I was knocked backwards about 10 minutes in the story.

I might still change my mind on this, but as of right now I'd say don't get Madden and just wait for next year's.

It's not exactly the same as the PS3/360 version, but it's way too similar for my liking. The replays are better, the game looks better (although not that much), there's in-game saves, and obviously it's the best version of this year's game. It's also 10x better as a next-gen starting point than Madden 06 on PS3 and 360 were. I just don't think it gives you that 2K14 wow factor yet to warrant a purchase, especially when there's a lot of other really good games out there that do.

Who knows how true it is, but an intern for the company Foxconn said employees intentionally sabotaged PS4 systems in hopes that it would close Foxconn down.

Getting frustrated and thinking there is a problem with my system. Both 2K and Battlefield have fully installed, or so my download screen says. Try to play both, and it says each is less than 30% installed. Anybody else had issues with this?

Sup people!

I managed to pick up my ps4 today and give it a test drive with FIFA and BF4. So far my favorite part is clearly the controller, which is a good thing since 99% of your time is spent holding and manipulating it, having that down perfect is a critical step

On a side note, I'm now a married man and the wedding went great last night.

Now I head out for Mexico! So long ps4 you will be missed but not that much lol

Can somebody break down the different quality options for Twitch streaming? Like what bitrates on audio and video you can choose from?

How are the blu-ray/dvd movies running on the PS4? Any issues? Like some of the games with the PS4 was wondering if there are problems with those as well. Thanks.

PS4 = dead. It's not accepting my game discs. I'm half tempted to rip open one of my flips.

We'll....if this is true....we're all screwed.....XBoxOne players as well as I understand that FoxConn is making parts for both systems.

Had the same exact thing happen earlier. Was playing Madden when the wife and kids wanted to grab lunch. Pretty cool feature.

Did you hit the ps button and put your ps4 in standby?
