Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Okay I figured it out I put into safe mode by pressing the power button til it beeped. After I checked the NBA 2K14 file and it had gotten corrupted so I deleted it. I hope things get smoothed out soon as their are alot of bugginess to the system. Loving it regardless."If you don't have anything good to say, say it often"- Ed the sockComment

Yes. Then start your ps4 back up go into game file saves and delete the corrupt files from 2k. This happened to me and that is how I fixed it. I had 2 files that were corrupt and deleted them and everything worked fine after that.

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Well, only got a couple hours of game time in today...still 22+ hours for launch weekend, not bad at all.
I liked NBA 2K14, now I LOVE it since I learned how to play defense. LOVE Madden, and BF...well I have ways to go before I love it, I actually suck so bad it aggravates me to play. Have Assassins Creed coming on Tuesday, should be an interesting addition.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
lol nope, we leave at 4am so I'm drinking a few and trying to play some BF4 but Sony is screwing me.
I think there is zero excuse for a company the size of Sony to release with network issues, you know the preorder numbers and each store received between what 5-20? So they have a pretty firm "worst case" need if all units are sold. To come up short and with these kinds of issues at launch just seems it could of been avoided.
Now with that said, its a good idea to bring the ps4 on the trip but the wife would be pissed and I would be even more pissed waiting on Sony to fix their servers lol.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
So does anyone know if we'll have any more free titles for PS+ this month? I'm assuming no, unless more PS3 games are optimized for the PS4.
I also wonder if the quality of the free releases will keep up (or at least match the quality of the PS3 version) since + is pretty much a must now.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I know us 360 diehards always talk about how much better we felt that Xbox Live was and a much superior service in comparison to PSN. I agreed with everyone here that it remained to be seen what the new PSN would be like.
Although we don't know what XBL is going to be like, if it's extremely similar to what it was on the 360... Well, all I can say is I hope PSN resolves all these shenanigans that I suspect are only lurking about because the servers for PS4 and PSN are overloaded because it's the first weekend of service.
I'm not going anywhere, I'm all in on the PS4 and it's definitely ride or die lol.
But dang am I going to miss XBL if PSN stays this way for an extended time. I'm talking the sum of the entire experience, not just one thing in particular.
What's new off then on again, error #354-(insert the numbers here), spinning circles of lag when looking at friends/friends of friends/friend request/name request, PS4 thinking people don't have PS Plus when they do, etc etc.
I'm just talking PSN, I'm not ever referring to Foxconn, bricked PS4's, BLOD's, HDMI port issues, PS4/TV handshakes, Blue Ray tray motors, Amazon's 1 star reviews, etc.
BTW I'm just posting this because of everything I've been hearing/reading everywhere, my PS4 has been golden for me since I opened it up (knocks on wood).Comment
