I'm really feeling the pinch lately, and with a handful of games still to come this year, I realize I'm going to be in trouble. For someone that tends to play a variety of games all at a time, I find it frustrating that I have to keep uninstalling games to put the new ones on.

I know the speeds with a true SSD are limited by the PS4's hardware generally, so I'm not too concerned with using the fastest possible hard drive, though certainly that's a consideration. I think I would also prefer a 2 TB or bigger drive, as I feel like doubling to 1 TB still wouldn't give me enough flexibility.

Finally, how did you go about copying all your PS4 files over to the new hard drive? I still have the P.T. demo on my unit and don't want to lose it, as silly as that may sound.

I hate that you have to install games this gen unlike last gen with ps3 because it takes up way more space. Yes ps3 I spent 500 on and ps4 400 so 100 less but I never had to get a new hard drive last gen and I know I am going to have to this gen so really its like I didn't spend 100 less lol. I don't get rid of games other then maybe sports games and like to go back from time to time and play games I haven't played for a while. So I never want to uninstall and then have to reinstall games later. I for the most part don't get DLC or down load much. I do have DLC for batman and for drive club but I love batman and Drive Club gave you so much for its season pass. Right now I have 9 games and I am already down to like 90 GB left on my hard drive.

When it comes to moving files over to a new hard drive I am not sure how to go about things like demos but I now you can always re download demos that you don't have on the hard drive any more. When it comes to saved game files though I have a memory stick that I have ps3 and ps4 games saved on though because my first ps3 died on me after about 2.5 years and I lost ever thing and I didn't want to have that happen again if my systems breaks again. So I have my games saved files for both ps3 and ps4 on the memory stick. I am not sure if there is a way to transfer the games them self's on to a new hard drive so you don't have to re install ever thing or not. I may have to get a new hard drive next year not sure how long my hard drive will last before its full yet. But so far the only games I know of that I want next year are rachet and clank and I may get Horizon when it comes out. With only having 9 games and not having a lot of DLC out side of 2 games and yet already being down to 90 GB I think even a 1 TB may not be enough so yeah I would say get a 2TB hard drive.

I really thought the PS4 would only get a price drop next year, maybe, announced at E3.

Headband on my golds is starting to crack again, not going to try to get Sony to replace them again, doubt they would anyway (too long since initial purchase, replacements get less warranty time, second time they had "physical damage" and they didn't want to replace them last time).

Tried to just reinforce the band with sugru see how it holds up. Looking at it, I'm not surprised it breaks, it's a ****ty design, brittle plastic, rigid edges that aren't designed to flex. Wanted to take it apart and line the inside of the band, but the pad is just glued on so I just put it outside. If/when they break, I won't buy another pair unless I get them for under $40, just too disposably designed. Shame since I really like how they operate.

Sugru ought to do the trick and if not some gorilla tape if you're ok with the aesthetics.

Mine cracked on both side, I had to duct tape them. POS. I'll of course use them till they die but never gonna buy sony head phones again.

Are you guys wearing the tight or keeping them loose? How often do you use them?

Mine look fine too, both pairs looked fine, but the band was still cracking. Put them on your head and run your hand along the top part of the band, it should be smooth. If you feel little linear dimples especially near the edges of the top band and running across, those are cracks. By the time I noticed it on my old pair, I counted over 30 or so cracks all along the band.

Sugru should hold it together fine, it's holding my CAL! together, I just hope it can hold tension on my head so they won't fall off, etc.

Sony makes world class headphones, I just don't think they had their headphone engineers design these golds, of course they are also wireless headphones for as much or less than other wired headsets so there's that. I wish they would make a premium headset with the headphone guys. Make a higher quality set and charge $200 msrp (so we could find it for $140 street) and I would gladly buy one. Golds with better sound and better craftsmanship? Sign me up.

My Golds are from when they first came out for the PS4 and they're like new. I wear em' loose.

About the only thing that happens is the inside of one of the earcups always comes loose. It's meant to be twisted off & swapped but damn if it doesn't come loose every time I take them off.

Anyone having trouble with share play lately? Since the last update I can't even get it to start. I've tried the speed test on the ps4 and can sometimes barely get to 2.0 Mbps upload. I have xfinity and when I did a speed test on my laptop I get 90 Mbps d/l and 12.00 u/l. I've also tried changing the DNS to google but that didn't help.

Agree big time and one thing I really like about Steams return policy on digital purchases, i've utilized it several times now returning games i didnt enjoy. I wish Sony would adopt something similar.

Not that this would cause you an error, but what kinds of copyright claims are there on YouTube provided the licensing for songs? I know that's always a hassle that I don't want to risk when it comes to uploading stuff.

I will test it later with another game and if I don't get the error message I have my answer. Haha. There are a ton of RB4 Twitch streams however.

The thing is though, some of those will be using a capture device instead of the built in streaming capability. If you use that there's no restrictions at all - you can even show the PS4 home screen. Unless there's RB streams that show that right side bar with the chat in it, then it might be getting blocked by the software.
