Admittedly, I would like to try it to see what can be done with it.

Not going to be on release day though, or month... probably not release year either. Black Friday 2017, here we come!

Hopefully stores will be able to get something for you to demo it somehow.

What settings do you guys have with your Golds?

Depends on the game. For Destiny/COD, I use the Destiny custom audio since I don't believe BLOPS has one.

i try them again and see maybe it is me. i didn't change the volume settings. i do have the buttons on the left side and people say i sound too low and they can't hear me and they sound low to me. do i have to have specific settings for these to work good? i have the ones that first came out is that the reason why I'm having issue?

I'd guess it's something with the settings. I don't play online much/ever but my game room is just around the corner from our laundry room and if I'm playing a quiet game or in a loading screen, I can actually hear the washer/dryer in my headset.

And FWIW, I love my Golds. Got them after Christmas and use them for watching Netflix/movies quite a bit in addition to gaming. Heck, I bought them primarily to keep from waking the kids up at nap/bed time and I find myself putting them on a LOT more than that. I think my wife loves that I have them because she always complains that I have my soundbar turned up too high...

Hey guys

I was just wondering what you guys use to clean your ps4 controllers? I'm thinking just a soft cloth a water as to avoid any harsh chemicals on it.

I just keep the ps4 covered if I'm not going to be using it for a day or two. So far just using canned air to blow it off or wiping with soft fibre cloth. Ever since they started construction a few streets over the dust has been bad this year. Windows closed and still gets a bit dusty.

Connecting to servers has been terrible for me lately.
I vp an not connect to the PlayStation store at all.
When playing NBA 2k I cannot connect to the 2k servers.
I am however connected to the Internet as I can see what my friends are doing.
This started happening after the last ps4 system update.
So there a setting I need to change?

Ordered a new shell and buttons to make my old controller into a "new" controller. The buttons arrived today and I wanted to check them out now instead of waiting for the shell to arrive...



I have red metallic analogs coming as well. The shell is chrome. I'm considering just keeping this one red on black then putting the chrome shell on my second controller and keep the black buttons.
