Why do the DS4's you buy in the stores feel cheap and make cracking noises? The DS4 that came with the console feels much more sturdy than the blue DS4 I picked up at Best Buy.

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Why do you say that?
Yea when it comes to digital content only games are way back as most prefer physical copies still, I know I do for non sports games as it's easy to trade them in towards another game once beat them, sports games don't hold their value as much once season is over.
As far as the digital movies go I think I read somewhere a few months ago that this past year is the first time digital purchases (iTunes, Amazon) surpassed physical blu-ray purchases.
Not saying people aren't going to buy 4K discs just saying I don't think that's going to be as big a push to purchasing one for as many people as was for the PS3 as very few people even have a 4K capable tv at this point, and streaming is coming on fast

I don't trade games in other then maybe sports games because I like to go back and play games I havnt played for a while some times but even with movies I don't like digital because I don't like having to redownload things if your player breaks or something. I didn't hear about movies having more digital sales then disk. That sounds hard to believe.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I decided to enter the trial period for PS Vue. It is pretty simple to use and the Elite pacakge offers 100 channels I think.
However, I do find that the picture quality is not the same as my current cable provider (Charter). It looks more "low res" and would require me to retune my tv settings for color, tint, darkness, etc.
Anyone else have the same experience? My dl rate is great and no issues with buffering or out of synch speech. It's just that it looks "flat" compared to what I am used to on cable.
Is it due to different types of compression being used? I know the cable is also using 720 for their shows, but maybe some are 1080i?
Thanks for any feedback...

You will discover hundreds of unique species based on real creatures, and interact with schools of thousands of fish that procedurally respond to you, each other, and [...]

I won't have access to a ps4 for a little while but this game looks great, I think it's on PC too but I dunno how much it costs. Gonna try and find a 10 buck deal for it somewhere

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
All of my controllers, after I've used them for a few months, feel like they're coming apart. I've tightened the screws, but it doesn't take long for them to feel loose again. Drives me nuts.Comment

So just thinking it was about a month from the time xboxone slim was shown to the time it came out today. So if NEO was shown tomorrow and had that same kind of time it would come out around mid September lol.Comment
