The analog stick covers might be half decent (though I've never had much luck with the PS4 controller with those) but that controller jacket looks like it would irritate the hands during a longer play session.

For future reference, if you ever do get an external usb hard drive, in the settings somewhere there is a "Backup & Save" option that moves everything over to the hard drive. At that point you'd put the new internal hard drive into the system that has the updated system software you've put on it and go back into the same setting to move everything from the external hard drive onto the new internal you installed.

I did this when I bought a 2TB external for my Xbox One and a new internal 2TB hard drive for my PS4. I used the external to move everything off my old 500GB HDD onto it, installed the 2TB HDD, downloaded the latest system software onto a USB stick, plugged it in to my PS4 and then moved everything off the external onto the new 2TB internal. I then reformatted the external and just plugged it in to my Xbox One and immediately added that storage to my X1 capacity. Honestly, it sounds alot harder than it is, as the PS4 does most of the work. The toughest part is remembering to format the USB stick to FAT32 before downloading the PS4 system software to it or the PS4 won't recognize the file.

As for where to find your previously downloaded stuff, if you scroll all the way to the right on the PS4 dash, you come to a thing called Library. In there you can cue up whatever you want to download onto your new hard drive.

That sounds like it would take a lot less time that way but the only thing is then you have to buy 2 hard drives then one to go into the system and one that is external and considering I don't have a xboxone and am not going to get one having a extra hard drive that I am not going to use would be a waste of money for me.

No doubt, if you don't have a desktop or laptop that you could use the external HDD with afterwards, it is not a good idea lol. I was just mentioning it in case you had one kicking around your house.

Thinks I have a laptop but it has a 1 TB hard drive and all I do is school work and internet searching so I don't really need a external hard drive.

Oh I know that GI had Horizon on the cover this month but I didn't hear about the 2010 part. That really doesn't sound right. Could it be that in 2010 they had some ideas of the type of games they wanted to make going forward and one of those was lets make a game with robot dinosaurs but didn't really start working on it in till later. If you look at the Spider-Man game it only was started on last year the year before ratchet and clank came out with it coming out this year. I know different people make that game but that makes me think that Horizon would be similar in that they would have started it a year before there last game kill zone 3 came out and that would mean that they started on it in 2012.

It's in one the articles on game informer's website or from the magazine itself. I don't know if it's identical. The article was copy and pasted and posted on neogaf. It was during an interview with someone who's developing the game and was answering questions about the game.

Well, I pre-ordered the PlayStation 4 PRO from Best Buy. Luckily, I still have my current base PS4 but what sucks, is that when I get Mafia III and a few other games, I'll be tempted to play them while at the same time, I'll want to wait until I pick up the PRO. Decisions, decisions.

Ok so I just saw this and I am not sure what to think. First with the NX there have been like a million rumors. I don't think I have ever seen so many rumors about something with having no real news about it and the date when it may be shown keeps changing. When it comes to Sony and ps5 I am not sure. I mean normally it is about 5-6 years between gens but with the PRO and Scorpio thing it may be longer. At the same time last gen lasted longer then normal by a few years and a lot of people complained about that. So I didn't think we where going to see that longer kind of gen again. At the same time this mid gen update thing we are seeing may be a way to make this gen last longer. If you go by the past ps5 should be out late 2018-19. At the same time yes PRO is coming out and could maybe be a way to make ps4 last longer but at the same time Sony may want to come out with a ps5 so that way Scorpio only has its big power advantage for around a year. If say Sony doesn't came out with a ps5 in till 2019-20 that would give Scorpio a big power advantage for 2-3 years. At the same time if you have ps5 only 2 years after PRO in 2018 you may really piss people off. So its hard to say.

This game coming out tomorrow, Rive, look pretty cool. Gonna be a busy week for me with Recore, Rive, and Bioshock Collection. Dead Rising Triple Pack is somewhat temping as well

While the trade in value for ps4 may go up when it gets closer to PRO coming out and in till then you could play on the regular ps4 and then see how much of a difference you notice once you get the pro and play those games on the pro compared to the regular ps4.

I seriously can't tell the difference other than the Pro is a little sharper. For the cost of a HDR 4K TV, it doesn't seem worth it to me.

The Pro has of course tempted me simply because it's new, but I just can't see how it's worth the money without a 4K set. Basically, if I eventually bite, I need to be ready to drop around $2,000 for it to be worth the upgrade.

Just checked again and now it's back. Lol!

Mine is there, but it says Playstation 4 Uncharted 4 bundle as the title and no mention of the headset lol whereas before I'm pretty sure it said Playstation 4 Uncharted 4 and Platinum Wireless Headset bundle.
