I agree. Me and my son game share Xbox one and PS4 games and with the external HDD feature on the one, we just need to download our Xbox one game once. Once I download the game we want to the external hdd, I take my hdd and plug it into his Xbox one and he copies it over to his Xbox one. Pretty painless and simple.

With Comcast starting to place a data cap on my internet, having to download a game once is pretty important for me.

Yeah it's cheaper in my warehouse . Our online prices don't always matchup

We also have a PS4 bundle for 334.99 that comes with an extra controlller in store. Can't remember if it's the slim or not will check today.

If you get enough people to tag your name as offensive PlayStation will let you change it....they'll also wipe all trophies on the account (for some reason).

My friend had the username "Leftestacle" for 10 years. Got flagged by some angry kids and PlayStation essentially gave him a brand new account, all the purchases made on psn carried over. Games that host their own data like Destiny and Elder Scrolls online recognized the new name and his data was unaffected. All his trophy history was wiped, his game saves were rendered useless as the old tag was essentially banned.

PlayStation just has to be so difficult at times.

If I didn't have so many digital games, I would have changed my psn name already. One of the caveats to buying digital games

I created a new PSN account last week and that lasted about 2 days

I have just have too much invested in the JaredLib account

I feel for people that have a name they outgrew or just don't like anymore. I love mine and I'd have a hard time letting go of my level 22 profile. It's like a game in history for me. I like to look back at all the trophies and see what I've played over the years.

If your old account is primed on your console, your digital games library won't be affected at all. (You'll just have to remember two account infos).

When I jumped into the ps4 scene I changed my tag for that reason. Oddly enough my old tag is my current OS username (which I should prolly change as well).

Any one having issues trying to download the update for drive club? I have about 25 GB left on my hard drive yet it is acting like I don't have any room left because it is saying something about I need to get rid of some stuff on my hard drive or something. I don't get it the update is not 25+ is size.

Yeah. With comcast pushing a data cap for my internet, I'm thinking I may go back to buying physical games. Not sure yet.

I think the concept of shutting off half the GPU for reg titles was in the interest of ensuring there would be no compatibility issues.

I really feel like we need to hold off before coming to this conclusion. I feel there is a lot of opinion/speculation that gets misinterpreted as fact in this thread. That link I posted a few posts contains details of some games confirmed with 1080p enhancements. It's not a huge list by any means but over time it will grow.

At worst we get faster HD drive speeds (if you upgrade the HD to a hybrid or SSD for sure, and maybe with stock), benefits of an overlocked CPU and the extra gig of RAM.

There are some things I don't think we know for sure yet that I think a person or two have touted as fact.

So for instance today or yesterday Last of US got a patch...In it...it say that you can get 60fps but it has to revert to 1080p...does that mean us 1080p players can reap that benefit? and if it does (because i saw a pic that its actuallly a "menu" choice) does that mean ALL games have to have it patched into their own IN game menu rather than us just going into the the reg PS4 Pro settings and saying "Yo checkboard all my games yo!"
