Also shows why they don't want EA Access. Reasonable to expect it would cannibalize a lucrative customer and split the revenue w/ a third party.

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Considering ps5 is at worst like a year and 8-9 months away and may only be like 9 months away I would say just wait for it at this point and there is a good chance it will be able to play ps4 games but that is just me. The jump will seem bigger to if you go from ps4 to ps5 compared to if you go from ps4 pro to ps5.Comment

On a side note from previous posts, I bought the Quantic Dream Collection since I wanted to play Detroit. Don't care about the other two games. Once I finish Nioh, it will be on to the city of Detroit.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussiona
That depends. I like the upgrades. Some things look a bit better and are a bit smoother. But it’s not mind blowing. If money isn’t an object then buy it. I personally don’t think you are getting great value for spending a decent amount more but that is subjective.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I think there is a small chances it comes out late this year but even if it dosnt it will come out late next year at worst and I think there is a solid chance it will come out in early 2020.Comment

Hasn’t Sony always released in the fall? And if we were less than a year away I think there would be more leaks. I think this is wishful thinking on your part.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
There have been a lot of rumors that ps5 was going to be a late 2019 release and that there was a delay with some of the parts pushing it back to a early 2020 release and yes Sony has been fall but some has just about ever console but switch did a march release and has been doing great. I think ps5 could do something similar and considering after PGW in 2017 Sony has not really show any new games just been like updates on games we already now and them not doing PlayStation experience and them now not doing e3 2019 something must be going on and that makes me think that there is not much left on ps4 out side of the games we already now about so ps5 must not be to far off. I think we will get a PlayStation meeting in the next few months for ps5 and than late 2019 I think we will get more details like price, launch games, release date, specs etc and than a early 2020 release a lot of rumors have even pointed toward a early to mid 2019 ps5 being shown and than getting more of the detail at PlayStation experience in 2019 for a early 2020 release. So no I dont think it is being wishful thinking to say early 2020 at all. I could even see Sony doing a meeting in like May for ps5 to kind of take away some of micorsoft e3 thunder away being that Sony is not going to be at e3 this year.Comment

Not understanding how it can be anything other than wishful thinking. That last post was laced with nothing but "I think" and rumors. When it comes to ps5 because Sony has not shown any thing about it yet it is all like based of rumors but there are a lot of things pointing towards a early 2020 release.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Im saying 2021. With they way the PS4 is still selling, why would they even think of bringing it out this year? I'm sure they will have some major exclusive games at launch too, which will take some time. If anything the earliest should be fall of 2020Playstation Network:That70s_Gamer

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
No way 2021 that is to far off yes ps4 sales are still really good but they did drop of some in 2018 compared to 2017 and 2021 would be 8 years after ps4 and even 5 after the pro and ps4 dosnt look like it has much left after like this year or maybe early next year when it comes to games. Days gone, TLOU2, death stranding, ghost of tsushima, Dreams are all most likely 2019 or early to middle 2020. So if ps5 where to not come out un till 2021 that would mean like a year with nothing really new for ps4 and rumors started really picking up in 2018 for ps5 to many for a system if it was really like 3 years or so away. For major exclusive games at launch they are set up very nicely for that right now with a early 2020 release I see Horizon zero 2 comming then that would be 3 years from Horizon to Horizon zero 2 that would be enough time and I see spiderman sequel some time in 2021 has that would be around 3 years depending on what time of the year it comes out. That would be a spiderman sequel during the first 20 months or so of ps5 life time that is already pretty good and maybe we could get a ratchet and clank game at launch or something has insomniac does have a good size of people on there team and did start on spiderman before ratchet and clank ps4 even came out. Then we dont known what some of the other studios may be doing after there last ps4 games.Comment
