Yeah you probably know more than me, let me know if you narrow it down. I'm looking to get one as well.

Which ones are you looking at? I like Asus monitors myself. I have my PS4 hooked up to a ASUS MX279H (1080p monitor) but am wanting to get a 4k monitor for my office.

That is the first one that caught my eye. It is a little above the price range I was looking at. There are a couple in the 500-600 range I am comparing as well.

            EDIT

This is a barebones BenQ that looks decent. BenQ has never let me down

for some reason my BenQ link didnt show up

A couple years ago I got my BenQ gaming monitor (xl2720z model) and it just changed the way I enjoy gaming. Games look amazing on my monitor and the response time / input lag is amazing. I had my old Sammy 1080p TV hooked up still at the time and I would switch back and forth between the two and I just really preferred the experience on a monitor and haven't gone back since.

I game on a computer desk, in a small room. That also affects it. If I was in a large living room maybe I would still have a TV I would use to game on while I relax on a couch.

So I went to Best Buy and got a 32 inch Curved Samsung monitor which is a beautiful monitor and well crafted but the brightness is so low that it just hurts the contrast and is killing me.

I got it for 350 2 days ago and I was banned for 90 days from making returns at best buy and I am only like a month and a half in. So I think they will not allow me to return or exchange.

I should not have bought it via Best Buy.

I also do not like that it has no speakers and just 1 hdmi

I want to return it and get my money and buy the Ben Q monitor that has speakers and is bright with 2 HDMI inputs for my computer section

I would hate to pack it up and return it just to be turned away...UHHH

You disappointed me man. You're on point with your TV game/specs, but didn't look online to see the number of inputs on the monitor. Impulse buy?

Its funny, i've had this monitor for the last two years when i got my asus desktop and I haven't used my ps4 on it until now. (used my dads 65 inch LG or 32" basic samsung)

                            https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-VN247H-P...ct_top?ie=UTF8

I'm an idiot lol. What a great picture, and i just found some settings people have been using so I'll plug it in and see what its like.

I think I'll stick with this for awhile until i can get a 4k montor.

Yea man it was inpulse because I went with the intent of buying the curved 27 inch that has 2 hdmi and speakers but were sold out. I saw the 32 and it was not displayed just a sealed box. I quickly read some amazon reviews and all were highly positive but did not read one that mentioned the speakers not being part of the monitor or lack of extra hdmi input.

I have tried for 2 days to play ps4 on it and it is so bad the low light nits on this that it kills the monitor.

I put it on CL for 270 and one guy offered 240 but have not heard from him in 1 full day and not responding to me. I would take the 100 loss to just rid myself of this issue

I might just have to try and return it and hopefully they show mercy

Yea i return a lot but not for money just exchanges....I dont know how many is to many but i never felt i was a chronic person. I am also an ELITE member with them
