Was thinking that. Not sure they have any more available, but I'll check. I also got two free games with it, and one of the promos, Fallout4 expired Sunday...so will I lose the games?

I take it this faint noise is not normal and I should be worried?

you only lose free game if you return the console but exchange is not going to lose free game

exchange it for another or better yet get the BF1 green one and trade in Fall Out and pay the difference which gets you 1tb and BF1

i heard mine have that noise, is just a fan and nothing to worry about

if you want peace of mind return it but that noise is not a cause for concern

That is loud for a Slim imo. I've never heard mine running. As you stated for peace of mind if nothing else return the jet-engine.

i already have both BF1 and Fallout, I was gonna give Fallout to my brother.

I'll just try and do a straight swap. It's really not a loud noise, but I noticed it first thing.

That's probably the best idea, from the moment I got my slim and plugged it in I've never heard it be that loud, so a new one should be fine for you.

I know that the slim is louder than the original one but I've never really heard any noise from mine other than the start-up and power-down dings.

yea mine does that as well and so does my best friends xbox one slim.... at times it does not and others it does

You can return it but am sure the new one will make the noise as well one day or during a specific game or update

Its nothing wrong with it but return it so you feel safer

Yeah, I'm on the fence about it. From what I've read it's hit or miss with everyone it seems, and it seems to not be a huge problem. It's a hassle to return too...so I don't know. Have a year anyway if anything goes wrong Microsoft needs to replace.

I recently joined the slim club two weeks ago but I'm having a issue with updates not downloading automatically. I have it set to instant on but always get interrupted while gaming for updates. Most of the time I have to manually check for them and I never had this issue with my regular Xbox one.

This happens for both console updates and game/app updates, any solution to this?

Purchased the Battlefield Bundle from yesterday. I'm mad it doesn't come with a headset like it did for the X360, lol.
