Finally going to be part of the Switch owners club, lol. Ordered mine Friday and it's set to be delivered today so patiently waiting for USPS. Have next 2 days off work so should be able to dive in pretty good

Sending the joycons back to Nintendo for repair tomorrow. I will be unable to play for 2-3 weeks. Will have to give the PS4 or XB1 some love after ignoring them the passed couple weeks.

Could you get a Pro controller and play or do the joycons have to be connected for the system to work?

I could buy a pro controller and play without the joycons connected. Right now I find the joycons connected to the grip is comfortable enough to keep me from buying a pro controller anytime soon.

I'm just glad something is broken while still under warranty for once.

You could check the return policy on the pro controller and return it when your joycons are fixed But your PS4 and XB1 will probably enjoy the attention for a couple weeks

I highly recommend playing Horizon: Zero Dawn. By the time you finish the game, you should have the joycons back.

I would kill for a sports game on this thing, or some Virtual Console.

I love this thing but I'm not really a Zelda guy and nothing else I've played on this console has really scratched my itch.

Yea I am on the go a lot myself and just been messing around with it to set it up it looks like this is going to get lots of play time. Going to start tackling Zelda BotW here once everything is charged up

Right on. Anything will do evendors if it's cheesy like mario golf, baseball, something anything
honestly having a blast though w this machine.
thought about getting the binding of Issac but have never played it before in my life

I'm surprised the new Mario sports game that's coming out on the 3DS isn't on the Switch. It's got Soccer, Baseball, golf, tennis and everyone's favorite horse racing.

All I can say is wow, I have had the switch for like 7 hours now and it's great being able to go anywhere in the house and just relax and play Zelda. This is the dream concept of being able to take a console quality game on the move and play it anywhere.

I need a sports game, if the show was on the switch it would be pure video game heaven, lol.

Theres a very good chance mario sports titles come to switch but moreso full fledged sports ones

I'm thinking

Mario Strikers.
Mario Golf
Mario tennis

would all show up on switch at least yearly starting in 2018.

NBA 2K in order to be REAL good has to find a balance graphically and animation wise that pleases ps4 and xbox one players to be considered as an option. As much as i want a basketball game on switch i dont want a watered down version Id much rather have a secondary experince though something that exemplifies nintendo

Fifga 18 is coming but there no way frostbites gonna be used on it

My predication is that alot of the sports games coming from third partys are going to be built off the mobile versions to play like reg versions with alot of graphical set backs to run at 60fps.

IT COULD be successful as long as 2k and EAsports REALLY make it so that the games look good on switch somehow.

Lets hope they care enough to do more that ports

If they port over crap i am not supporting their triple a sports versions on ps4 at all.

Have you seen the mobile version 2K and madden, they look great, I'm sure the switch can push them even more.
