That's my expectation as well, something I've been looking forward to seeing what they could do, but they propped up false hope with FIFA and NBA2k announcements.

Nintendo Switch Discussion
With all the talk on the Tempered glass screen protector's I placed an order on Amazon. Should be here today. Won't even unbowed the new system in fear of scratching the screen. Better safe than sorry.

You're really going to like that screen protector. I can't even tell that it's on there, which is about the highest compliment I can give a product like that.Currently Playing:

Got Graceful Explosion machine
Really fluid gameplay albeit simple design.
Better in handheld like most switch game
still feel zelda is better in docked mode since its a game of exploration and wanting to see everything as good as you can whereas in hand held it might look clearer but looks less grandiose when played
however you bet ill play it in handheld when just wanna grind for stuff

Unless Scorpio changes this, Switch will be what my Xbox One Slim is - for exclusives. Any other games you get is just an added and unexpected bonus. For me, Switch is for Zelda, Mario and Project Octopath Traveler.Comment

Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion
If the Switch got some Tekken, Injustice 2 or MvC:I love it would be the fighting game console. Already has KOF 94/98 out, Samurai Shodown 4 tomorrow and USF2 in May.
I'm not expecting the Switch to get any of the 3 big fighting games coming out, but would be first in line to pick them up on the console if they did.Comment

Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion
Anyone expecting Switch to get the big AAA 3rd party titles needs a reality check. It was never going to happen. I don't even think it will end up getting major sports titles either. It will get all the indie games which is much more than the Wii U had, but you won't be seeing your GTA, Madden, probably not even CoD.Comment

Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion
Yeah, this is my fear, and why I am waiting on buying a Switch. Those games you mention as examples (well, Madden and GTA) would be two games I would play most. For me, there is nothing on Switch that is better than what I have now on my Vita. If we are wrong, and these kind of games get ported to the Switch, I'm in. In all likelihood, though, I'll be passing on the Switch.
My concern is more lack of software in general, but this feels better for indie games (I can see indies flocking to Switch over time) and I think Nintendo is getting smarter and knows it has to bring the software to survive.Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Originally posted by DJTried 1-2 Switch last night. I see the value in it in terms of playing in a party setting. I am having trouble locating all of the mini-games, though. I scroll through the menu and only 6 are appearing. Do you have to play all of the 6 games first to unlock the other ones?Comment

Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion
Yeah. It's the first 5 games and then it unlocked the rest. It's just the first few teach you the overall mechanics.
