Anybody put Animal Crossing out to pasture? I haven't played in like a week and the gameplay loop isn't screaming for me to go back? Having not been an AC disciple I don't feel uber pressed but there is a level of FOMO that keeps me from doing a trade-in of some sort. lol

Finally started with some of the Metroidvania/Roguelites that have been so popular. My current active gaming list is:

Hollow Knight
Steamworld Dig 2
Dead Cells
Binding of Isaac
Mario+Rabbids (75% off on the eShop right now)
Stardew Valley
Shovel Knight

I purchased Astral Chain & Fire Emblem 3 Houses maybe a month or 2 before COVID and have, as of yet, to even boot up either.

Still hanging out on my island. Think I've logged at least a few minutes each day for the past 3 weeks, with some long sessions certainly mixed in. I don't get caught up in what anyone else is doing to their island; I do the things I enjoy and then close the game down and play something else.

No harm in taking a break, though.

That might be the ONE thing to make me try Madden again lol.

I misspoke. My FOMO isn’t really based on what others are doing but more on “wow, am I missing something? What’s the big draw the keep engaging in this gameplay loop?” 😂

Same here. In process of adding lots of fencing around neighbors houses (and currently getting the museum stamps )

The article is a little misleading. Aside from Burnout, EA hasn't announced any specifics in terms of what games they are bringing to Switch. That will likely happen during their virtual event in June.

That's awesome! Burnout, Madden and NHL on the Switch! And SMB3 already here for my baseball needs? My Vita's days are numbered. Once EA releases their games to the Switch, i"ll be moving on from my beloved Vita! We had a good run, buddy . . .
