Not saying it's impossible but right now I think it would be pretty tough to find one at retail. I think FF was able to get one at retail? Hopefully in a couple weeks the market will start flooding with this system.

Didn't know that. Thanks for the information.

The devs who produce Super Mega Baseball 2 have no plans of bringing their game to the Switch. It's definitely been requested, but it happening this year is slim to none.

I don' think I'm going all digital like xbox on the switch, granted I know some games are only digital, so my questions for you guys, how many are going just physical?

It's not even worth retail @ $300 IMO. It needs Zelda to come with it, include the Pro controller or else lower the price to $249.

Vita failed because of Sony overpricing the memory cards for it as well as other mistakes. Vita itself was a good handheld and dev kits had an HDMI port on it. If that version would have been released years ago, the Switch would have already existed via Sony.

Vita failed because people have iPhones

I'm returning mine today to Best Buy. I've had it since launch, debating on if I should open it and just can't bring myself to. Zelda is the only thing I would play today and I'm in no big rush for that. I'm sure I'll grab one later but it just seems like a waste to me at this point with no other games I currently want.

Glad most of you guys are enjoying.

Buy it again in a few months when they launch Mario Kart as a bundle (hope), much better deal then and maybe they'll have the bugs worked out more

That's kind of what I'm thinking. Even then I've got my Wii U for Mario Kart. I know their will be some upgrades to the Switch Mario Kart but I'm a little skeptical it that makes it a day one purchase. I'm sure I'll give in when they get to 3 or 4 games I for sure want to try.

Don't think we'll see bundles until the fall. Little motivation to add value to the package if it's still selling well when MK comes out.

Mainly because most third-party (at least AAA games) have already conditioned people into "graphics, graphics, graphics" above all else.

See: Mass Effect: Andromeda and how ****ty everything about that game looks, save for the environments and stuff. So that game will sell plenty.

So when they're developing for PS4/XBOne they have a minimum spec in mind, and the Switch will need too much extra work for them to justify bringing it in a lot of cases.

Yup. People want pretty. Above and beyond that, AI and physics can be expensive. Do people even want Madden without the physics people clamored for forever? FIFA and 2k17 will go a long way to setting expectations for what people can expect, Vita and Switch are uncomfortably similar when it comes to their position relative to the other current gen consoles.

But the Switch has Nintendo games.
