Haven't played in a few weeks, but I recently started up Enter the Gungeon. It's definitely one of my favorite indies on the system.

Gungeon is great....hard, but satisfying to me. I don't get rage quit from it like some of that style of game. Hard to explain, but each round I keep getting better and improving.

My son managed to break a Joycon, we're not touching Labo.

Whomever did I hope they're rewarded. It seems like a great introductory tool for children for science, math, and programming.

Nintendo designed something aimed at child to help promote creativity in a fun unique way. I get adults having no real need or interest in Labo, but then again the product wasn’t created with you in mind so...

I highly doubt I'll touch Labo myself, but that's some pretty cool technology.

RBI Baseball coming for the Switch (again), but promising improved game with more features (including franchise play). http://www.rbigame.com/ Given how disappointing this game has been on every console, I'll need to see reviews before I get too interested. But, seeing a sports game on the Switch is good news!

Didn't play 17 because it just didn't look very good from the video reviews I watched. But, I do think with a few improvements, this could be a fun pick up and play game, so I'm holding out hope.

I saw an article on Kotaku or Polygon that said MLB is making this in house now and trying to be a better product, so we'll see...10 year limited franchise mode (no money, etc) but at least something

How is NBA2k18 on Switch by now? I remember it was rough at first.

Tempted to get it on sale sometime and just keep it for a while as a bball game to have. No need to update every year or whatnot, but I'd like a franchise mode or something to be able to play through....Is gameplay good enough?

Rough in what way? I've had it since launch (digital copy) and never found any issues with it. The gameplay is exactly as I expect from NBA 2k (and I have owned every single one since the original 2k.) it is only 30fps so it is slightly harder to control on defense, so I bump up the defensive assist a little. It looks great in handheld. On TV it clearly is a step down from Xbox or Playstation, but that is to be expected.

Adjusting to the 30fps is the biggest thing with this game. Once you get used to that (and it'll take a bit after you've been playing 2K on the PS4/XB1) you'll be good to go. The framerate is consistent and the gameplay overall is very smooth and it mirrors most of what you'd see from 2K18 on the PS4/XB1.

I think i remember hearing it needed a patch to improve framerate or something.

Sounds good though, thanks. I haven't played the series on Xbox One ever so I think I'd be ok.
