unless there's something special about the controller, like it has parts of the system integrated into it so you don't need a separate box for example, I would expect a Google streaming base system to be fairly wide open as far as what controllers you can bring to the table and connect to it.

With Xbox controllers being bluetooth I wouldn't be surprised if they worked with that....and they're such great controllers, it'd be a good idea.

I also want the offset sticks, going back to PS4 at friends/family is kinda odd now, i like the feel of the offset.

I hope it's that big. Otherwise it'd just be kinda lame and not really impact things. Without a ton of top games and all that is it really worth anything?

Google has the money to pull something off, exactly how MS did it back in the day

Stadia - streaming, will use any controllers but offering a wifi based controller that would connect directly to game with WIFI vs. connecting to device you're watching on.

The switching from laptop to phone to pc to tv was pretty cool.

Gotta admit that this sounds pretty cool.

I would worry about data usage (as I do with streaming TV), but want to know cross-buy/pricing too. If I could somehow use this in tandem with Xbox? pretty cool...Maybe MS's streaming thing will compete as well and mix in with Game Pass though

No Pricing or game info until Summer....somewhat disappointing ending to a pretty cool product in theory.

I look forward to seeing how MS's streaming competes.

It sounds really cool, but without logistics it's just kinda floating there for me right now.

I wonder do you pay a subscription for the service and also then pay for the games on top of it? Google has to pay for servers somehow.

I feel bad for those with slow internet speeds. I could see Stadia costing around $400 and maybe a $60 to $100 a year subscription fee. Google definitely have the server capacity to pull it off.
