Xbox One X resolution and GPU had more grunt so nobody can expect that to be the case on a console that the devs told you is meant for 1440p gaming.

I will take the graphics at 1080p or 1440p at 60fps locked or higher then 4k 30fps any day of the week
Then just scale it down to 1440p on the XSX

Whenever Sony decides to tell me I can pre order PS5 Digital am there as well

My pc in my 240hz 1440p monitor is for multiplayer games and sports games

My XBOX Series X is for multiplats and MS exclusives that are single player on my CX OLED 65 inch with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision

Pretty much going the same route for next gen.

OMG yes I am....I will not trade my monitor for anything until something matches it for gaming.

When i have my 3090 along with my i7 10700k I will be doing every single game at 1440p and 240fps

Yeah, considering ordering the same monitor as a compliment to my older x34.

It is an amazing monitor, great blacks, high contrast, bright and has TN level of response times in a VA panel along with about 3ms of input lag and is 240hz at 10bit and 1440p

I would not get the 32 inch version as the bigger the screen the less sharpness due to the pixel density at 1440p

I have the LG27GL850B and love it. I wanted to get the G7 really bad but that curve seemed too aggressive when I saw it at micro center. The contrast does look good on that monitor though.

HDR is decent at best not as bright as it needs to be for HDR....If you want a monitor with good to great HDR you will be spending a ton of money well over 1500 dollars

I use to have that monitor you have before I sold it for this one, I wanted 240hz monitor and when Samsung announced this one I was intrigued because I never get Samsung monitors for gaming.

But I went to see it at MC and the curve did turn me off at first but decide to still get it due to the specs. Once I got it working and dialed in the curve is not even a thing I notice sitting infront of the monitor. The amazing black levels and contrast along with having input lag that low and the response times being what you see only in TN panels was amazing.

                      I freaking love this monitor

At 144hz if you get the 3080 or 3090 you will destroy that FPS in every game. So I needed that bump to 240hz

I don't because that's a HUGE investment for Microsoft and remember, Microsoft doesn't make its money from the Xbox division. Sony makes its money from the Playstation division. So if the shoe was on the other foot then I could see Sony blocking Bethesda from selling their games on the Xbox.

What I do see going forward are "timed exclusives" and releasing those games on the PS5 for $70. That's just my theory and I could be wrong.

If they push for PC too they could leave out PS5, will be interesting. You can't think they pay that much to keep things as normal
