Newegg has confirmed they will have stock again next week, although specific date has not been announced.

My guess, and its purely my opinion, is that retailers and Sony Direct will all have stock again sometime next week and that will be it until the after the holidays.

Gamestop had the Pulse Headset in stock. I was finally able to get the last piece of the puzzle.

I feel bad that GameStop hasn’t been getting any ps5 in they seem to be going to Walmart. I would rather GameStop get the business who specializes in video games and struggling over Walmart. I wonder the story behind this. I’m also guessing they are more likely to go to real gamers

I can't really say that its Sony because all they care about is sales but it could be GameStop that's responsible in the small number of PS5 units they're selling due to their partnership with Microsoft.

But they haven't really gotten any Xbox's in to sell either.

But to your point, I'm wondering what the reasons are as well. You would think a place like Gamestop would be getting these systems in on a semi-regular basis as it seems like other retailers have.

I'm the same way but with Amazon. I've got a couple of saved gift cards which would really help the cost. I'd consider buying a disc version off Amazon with that in mind, but definitely would prefer a digital version. It seems like Amazon has been the most inconsistent with updates too so IDK if I'll eventually get impatient and try to buy one elsewhere

Of course Amazon dropped around 3 am this morning....while I was asleep . I had the day off from work today so I would have stayed up/woke up early if I knew there was a chance for a drop....oh well. The search continues!

I thought I had gotten one last night as I've been bugging my friend who works at Walmart about finding me one. The store she works at got like 26 in last week and she didn't realize it. I had to pretend like it didn't make me mad lol. Her son was working last night and they had one in the store however they won't let him buy one since he is a employee. Even wouldn't let his friend buy it either. When she got a random person to try and buy it they claimed they was sold out. It was to much of a drive for me to do with no guarantee i could have got it.

Not always

Sometimes on hot ticket items, employees aren’t allowed to purchase the item from the store in which they work no matter what.

Scarlet nexus, oddworld soul storm both got release windows updates at the game awards. Oddworld spring 2021, Scarlet nexus summer 2021. Crimson desert looks amazing winter 2021 first I have heard of the game. Hood a game shown back at ps5 show in June got a update for like a beta/demo or something.
