What's other listed as? For me right now, it's 17.69GB. I don't have any other hard drives or anything. Just 4 games on the PS5 internal SSD and that's it. Either way, it's definitely weird.

All three are great games so enjoy!!!

Other is just under 17 GB for me. It seems to vary though. The adding space to the Games and Apps only happens with PS4 games for me. Definitely weird.

I also keep getting internet errors, even though it seems to connect just fine. It bugs my OCD, but the console itself seems to be working without issue.

I restarted Kena last night. Forgot how beautiful and good that game is. Definitely going to finish it this time.

Kena is such a great game. Hoping Sony acquires Ember Lab at some point as I would love to see a sequel but with a bigger budget.

I do wonder when they'll announce the PS Plus Extra/Premium games for October. I figure it should be early next week, since the games usually come mid-month. My subscription expires next month and I'm dropping down to Extra, since it wasn't much to go Premium for a few months. I haven't seen a reason to stay at premium. So, I have a month to try and play the Premium games I added to my library.


I would even drop down to Essential, but I rarely like the monthly essential games, and better chance I would like the Extra games. The two main games I'm waiting for are Ratchet and Clank and Kena

I'm glad they added Assassin's Creed Syndicate. It was my favorite non-Open World AC and I didn't feel like swapping the disc out of my system.

Looks like things are moving quickly on PS Direct. Was able to snag the disc-model for my youngest for Christmas at the launch price.

Just a random thought: imagine if this gen was like the jump from PS3 to PS4, with little to no backwards compatability and ability to run PS4 games natively on this system. Would have been such a disaster considering the limited number of big games that have been developed for PS5 thus far.

Pandemic played a huge part in that as well. There were SO MANY notable delays this year. The first half of 2023 is loaded with delays alone. I think towards the end of 2023-24, a lot of the development issues caused by the pandemic should be lessened.

I'm waiting for the end of the cross gen period. I want to see games that exceeds what we seen before. Don't know if we're at the point of diminishing returns when it comes to visuals, but not much we've so far that doesn't look like a higher detailed version last gen games.
