Re: Another HDTV questions info thread
I think most of us would have to agree with you. Hell, if I didn't have a wife and kid, I'd have the best...of course I wouldn't have a home to put it in, but that's a different subject.I would have a much nice setup if I didn't have a wife

Thanks! I appreciate the comment. I just got the stuff a couple of weeks ago. It's amazing how great DVDs look on this tv, even compared to my 32" Wega that's now in the bedroom.Originally posted by rhellerVery nice Casey. I like the modern/clean look!Mario Kart Wii: 1203 9969 5095

Re: Another HDTV questions info thread
You can do that with mythtv, there are some other routes you can go to do that as well that are cheaper, but they violate the TOS, so I won't mention them.Originally posted by Heelfan71what I would like to do is to be able to stream pictures, music, videos, and also record tv shows to my TV fromt the computer. Of course I could just buy a cheap Direct TV DVR, but that isn't any fun.
I was looking at this but it doesn't have a PVR.

That thing is cool, but I think 200 bucks is a little pricey.Rent this space.Comment

Yeah, I saw that. That is a great TV. The whole setup is very nice looking. That picture looks outstanding. I've been meaning to put in Finding Nemo to see what it looks like on mine.Originally posted by rhellerTell me about it... I upgraded about 7 months ago from a 27" Sony Trinitron.
