and I've tried to read his Transcontinental Railroad book but I can never get into it and I always move on to something else within the first 100 pages.

I just got Jerome Bettis's book signed yesterday, it's a good read if you like him.

I'm reading Stories from Q School from Feinstein, not a golf fan but I really like Feinstein, it's pretty entertaining.

I'm also reading Playing for Pizza, Grisham's new book. It's about a terrible 3rd string QB in the NFL who costs the Browns the AFC Championship game and goes to Italy and plays american football in there professional league. It's pretty good for what it is.

I think I'm reading something else but I have no idea what it is.

              Finishing (by tomorrow)
Lincoln's Melancholy: How Depression Challenged a President and Fueled His Greatness

which I have really enjoyed and can't wait to reread it.

              Next I'm going to start
              The Glass Castle: A Memoir

              My Grandfather's Son: A Memoir

At Barnes and Nobel I just asked one of the ladies at the desk to randomly recommend something and she gave me that Glass Castle book. And I'm really fascinated by Clarence Thomas after the 60 minutes interview. I also have the Doris Kearns Goodwin book Team of Rivals: The Political Genius of Abraham Lincoln but there's no way I'm messing with a book that big right now. I'll wait till winter break.

Very interested in the new Grisham and the Clarence Thomas book. Keep me updated! Listened to a great podcast about both of them the other day.

I just started reading this and wow, rather confusing writing style. I started off by reading Sam 1st and I've been switching every 8-pages like recommended. I read on some of the other forums about this book that you might have to read it multiple times by reading it all the way through, then reading just the fiction, then just the footnotes. For me, switching back and forth between the history and fiction just throws me off.

How did you read the book?

I'm pretty sure I mentioned it earlier in the thread, but if you haven't read this graphic novel you must do so. Double time if you are a fan of 'Heroes' or liked 'The Incredibles'.
