In a good way or a bad way?

Well more of that humor is un-intentional, but i guess it makes the movie very un-predictible in some areas

There is humour in areas where there shouldn't be IMO. And it's definitely intentional.

After a few hours of soaking in Spiderman 3, I really liked the movie but just find it strange with some of the pacing and character development. I almost feel like this is 2 movies in 1. One thing that Raimi did so well imo is seperate the villians and give them their own screen time unlike some of the other superhero movies where they try to cram all these villians together.

1st half of the movie was Spidey battling The Sandman. 2nd half of the movie was Spidey battling Venom. While all this villian development is happening, we have the relationship of Parker/Mary Jane and Parker/Osborn running from beginning to end.

I guess I'm a selfish Eddie Brock/Venom fan and wished there was more time on screen and Gwen Stacy didn't receive enough development.

Other than those few things, this was a good movie.

Wow... absolutely terrible movie. I really liked the first two... this one was just bad.

It was cheezy (too cheezy) and there was a web of confusion with the bad guys (pun intended).

Just bad overall... I'm very disappointed.

Terrible? i disagree...lackluster, yes...convuluted...yes...overall though better than a lot of movies that come out of hollywood...

Like others have mentioned. I think there was just too much put into the movie at once.

Sandman, Harry, MJ, and the introduction of the Black Suit would have been a lot better to me. With a cliff hanger at the end

You could have another movie with just Venom and Gwen Stacy.

I thought the movie was ok, seemed a little too slow in the beginning, as others have said I wasnt all that into the whole dancing scenes, they seemed to detract from the movie more then they added. The mere fact that they had so many villians in the movie leads me to believe that this will be the last one they make, otherwise they should have saved Venom for another movie and could have paced this one better and spent more time on the other villians that were in it. At the very least they could have ended, like a previous poster mentioned, with a cliffhanger leaving a new movie open to focus more on just Venom.

Just got back from seeing the movie. It was okay, but it left me dissapointed. I guess i went in with high hopes after the first two.

Seems like they tried to cram too much storyline into this one and went way over the top in trying to give Spiderman a darker side.

I think the worst part for me was the ending. Didn't like it at all, especially where the Sand Man in essence says my bad and Spiderman says i forgive you. They needed to pass out the wine to go with all that cheese.

I have to go with 3 because of the black suit and Venom.

As far as Gwen Stacey, I agree with other poster. She looked pretty fake.

Kirsten looked so good in certain scenes. The ones where she wore those really thin dresses.

Like others have said, it was a good movie, but there were many things that were a disappointment.

The story and situations were all over the place, like the script was rushed into 2hours. Secondly the ending was just horrible, simply horrible.

Somethings weren't needed, were just a waste of film time....

Overall like someone else said, part 2 was the best one....
