That's a big enough hole to put a pacemaker in, but I agree that there isn't actually one in there. They enjoy messing with a person's mind too much to actually kill someone - and this gives them control(see: brainwashing, like they did with Jack.)

Agreed. Had no idea where the needle went, didn't get the bullets out, didn't know where the liver was, etc. No chance they can install a pacemaker..LOL
