What was he facing time for? This is the first Ive heard of this, I know he was going to be possibly serving jail time here in the states on child porn charges and thus he fled to Thailand but he had just accepted a job in Thailand as a teacher and it would seem that if he was wanted in Thailand for anything that it wasnt too difficult to find him.

I thought it was related to child porn. He was arrested in Thailand for that at first.

Apparently he told police details about her body and the crime scene that were never released to the public. who knows. Stories seem to keep changing.

I read he was facing 64 charges of child pornography.

But again I heard he was wanted in California for this and thats the reason he fled. The more I hear about this story the more I doubt that he did it, he is saying things that never happened and he has this weird love for her and Polly Klaas that it wouldnt surprise me if this was his way of being with her, to normal people like us this is rediculous but for someone with his mindset it wouldnt surprise me in the least. By the way, he was arrested on 5 misdemeanor counts of child pornography in Santa Rosa, California.

what bothers me is he is saying it was an accident. if you saw the autopsy photos, she wasn't strangled by accident. The rope used dug into her skin pretty deep and it looked very intentional to me.

I still feel like one of the parents had something to do with it also. That is very sad.

I always thought so too but part of that may be because the original team of screw-ups who investigated this only looked at them as well. The second FBI guy they brought in dismissed it and felt the whole investigation was done lousy. It just never made sense to me why a rich family would kill their 6 year old daughter. If anything, I kind of wondered about the brother but it would be nice if this was the actual killer just to bring closure to the whole thing.

It could have been..There is a sex act, where you strangle the other person (But not to death) when you or they climax..Supposed to increase the rush of the orgasim..

They have a DNA sample that was found on Jon Benet. I think it was a blood drop they found on her underware. They couldn't match it with anyone. I'm sure they will test this guys DNA for a match............Apparently he confessed and told police things about the murder that were not public knowledge.


I don't think her parents had anything to do with it. They are creepy, but they were cleared of any wrong doing.

Thats what money will do for you..Thing is, no sign of break in..Who else could it have been..Unless Mark was a family friend..Boulder handled this case with kiddie gloves cause they are rich, & loaded to the teeth with lawyers..If they were poor, we would already have the purp by now, which would more then likly be the parents, or at least one of them..

Was arrested in 01 for, I believe child porn, then didn't show up to court 2 months later..

By the way, theres at least 10 petaphiles living in my moms trailor park.. You can actually see how many peta's are in your area, via zip code, since they must register with the state..
He's also in Thailand due to their huge child sex rings over there..I heard during undercover reporting that, a reporter bought a 11 yr old girl??
