Re: Official Blu-Ray & HD-DVD Thread
I think now it's time to start placing the final few nails in the coffin.
Wal-Mart Chooses a Hi Def Platform
This is an official Walmart electronics blog:
The damage control by Toshiba is non-existent which makes it even more in belief that they are leaving the game.
(UPDATE) CNNMoney.com has confirmed the story.Last edited by CaptainZombie; 02-15-2008, 11:58 AM.Comment

Bourne Ulitmatum
The Dirty Dozen
The Prestige
Planet Earth- I got the whole 4 Disc set for 45 bucks..INCLUDING shipping. Not too shabby.

Sounds like HD DVD is a "done" format. Not official word yet by Toshiba but this is a good source. I'm not a very proud owner of HD DVD anymore...

Re: Official Blu-Ray & HD-DVD Thread
I don't want to have to keep an HD-DVD player around just for movies. Fine for right now but years down the road it will be a pain. Especially when new consoles come out. Don't want to have to keep my xbox 360 and hd player laying around for the sake of watching a few movies. My Fan Page http://theusualgamer.net/MyFanPage_Heelfan71.aspx
