On my last business trip to El Paso, one of my clients is a good friend of Don Haskins and I was lucky enough to get to meet him and was given an autographed copy of "Glory Road". Great book! Way better than the movie.

        Re: What are you reading?

Right now I'm reading "Only Revolutions" by Mark Z. Danielewski

So far it is pretty tough to read, but I like the premise: It a story told by two different people. It's suggested that you read 8 pages of "Sam's" story then switch and read 8 pages of Hailey's story. Its one of the strangest books I have ever read. The book doesn't have a beginning... its hard to explain. He wrote another book that I read years ago called "The House of Leaves" It is still to this day my favorite book. His writing style is so different. His books are like an adventure. If you haven't heard of this guy check out that House of Leaves book, it might take you a little bit to get used to the book but its well worth it, its different then any book I have ever seen.

                  Re: What are you reading?

"Serial Murderers and their victims" by Eric W. Hickey.

It's really ****ed up to read about some of this stuff.

Just finished "The Skin Gods" by Richard Montanari...and next up is "Teacher Man" by Frank McCourt.

Yeah, I find reading about serial killers to be fairly interesting...

At the moment, I have finished all of the RA Salvatore books (fantasy) in my library (I have almost all the books he put out) and am currently re-reading Rainbow Six by Tom Clancy.

                        Re: What are you reading?

It's a book that a lot of college classes use. I took it from my older sister when I saw she had it. Really interests me.

It's a little outdated, as well...research only goes up to 1995...but so far it's been very interesting.

I'm about to start reading Seven Habits of Highly Effective People for my business class... although it might be a good read, it'll definitely take some time out of my recreational reading. After I finish The Bourne Supremacy, I'm moving onto The Bourne Ultimatum.

I hope to get into some Tom Clancy books, as well.
