Yet another reason I love Apple and my iPhone! Had to get it replaced due to the sleep/wake button only functioning on half of the button. It was so easy just walking into the Apple store for my appointment and getting it switched out!!!

Yeah anytime something goes wrong with our phones and stuff I make an appt. and have my wife go in with her sweet smile wearing something low cut.

It's probably overboard but we've never had to pay anything to get something switched out!

My iPhone has deleted every single song off of it, yet it still says it has the same amount of storage available? Can't find a way around it!

Had a Galaxy S4 for all of 36 hours before I had to get my iPhone back. While Android has progressed over the years, there's just entirely too much going on. The default apps are horrible so you need an app for messaging, phone dialer, contacts etc. If I want visual voice mail, I need to get another app plus create an account for that as well. It's just too much.

I've come to find that simplicity and structure is ultimately what matters most to me in a device.

And zero input lag when typing.

I tried the s3 for 48 hours and had to switch it out for a 5 because I wanted to try something new. I didn't hate it, but the tiny bit of input lag was so annoying after coming from a 4S.

I don't think I will be switching from Apple again anytime soon.

Anyone else's iPhone 5 scratched up? Mine is on the sides and the back. I never had this problem before and it's a bit disappointing. May make me back to a case on the next one I buy. I'm sure it will mess with how much I will get when I try to trade it in for the 6, if I will even be able to trade it in.

I would think most iPhone 5's without a case would be pretty scratched up. The back (aluminum) scratches MUCH easier than the back of the 4/4S (glass). This is one the reasons I don't like the 5 and probably sticking with the 4S for another year.

Yeah the 5 scratches easily. I mean I'd rather have it scratch then shatter like the 4 though.

I love my iPhone too. I only have the 4, but I will get 6 when it comes out. I had an Andrioid for a while and a blackberry before that. When my upgrade came around, I felt i couldn't turn down an opportunity to get an iPhone. I'm glad I went with Team iPhone. I don't plan to get another phone ever haha.

For anyone that is interested in the new iPhone, Gazelle is offering a locked in trade in value through October 15th. I locked the 5 32gb AT&T version in for $325, the 16gb is worth $315 I believe. Even if you don't send it in, it's worth it. The value will most definitely drop once the new one is announced.

Did this last night. Really no downside to doing it. If the pricing works out for the new phone, this will help a lot. If not, then I'll just keep my current 5.
