Betas are usually pretty smooth unless you're actually ting to develop an app.

Beta 2 is a lot better than beta 1 in terms of stability and bug squashing. Still has a way to go though especially if you use it on your primary device. Some random resets and things like that persist.

I'm so pissed right now. Unless I am missing something did apple get rid of the street level feature in the map app? I always used it to give people a first person visual view to a destination they needed to know how to get to.

For those that don't know what I'm talking about, you used to type a street address and/or business then click the camera symbol that was beside the location. It then zoomed in on the business/street like your driving and you could click the arrows to "drive" down the streets.

I think that was a Google Maps thing. Google Maps is now on the App Store with that feature. It was the official Maps app until iOS 6, which caused an outrage, but the app went on to the Store, I'd recommend it, its still better than Apple Maps.

I haven't updated mine since last April. Mainly to lazy to re-jailbreak it.

Jail breaking is something that I've never wrapped my head around. I rooted Android to flash kernels that would improve battery life but I've found that iOS and iPhone just works all the way around for me!
