If it is an animal, it would have to be, reportedly, much larger than even a Blue Whale, according to scientists who have studied the phenomenon


also, a few years ago, the Navy tracked something that was swimming very rapid under the ocean (some reports at 1,000 knots) for 3 days before losing track of it..

do you have a link for that bottom bit?

You quoted a story talking about a satellite hitting Earth. I didn't read the article, did it say it was going to hit around nyc?

im from the uk and its comes out this friday and im seeing it on saturday and not too many people here actually even know about the film.
ive prob seen 3 adverts for it on tv so far (even though ive known about it for months) so until word gets around i dont think it will gross much over here.
shame really as it looks awesome.

finally saw cloverfield over the weekend,theatre was prob 3 quarters full and i loved the film.
the party part was boring but the film is awesome and i was lucky enough to see the satalite fall into the ocean at the end.
would deffo see it again

I just saw it... thought it was decent. Hud and Marlena made the movie for me. Although, I kinda felt like I was watching The War of the Worlds except in first-person POV. Didn't think it was great, but still entertaining.
