For a second there I thought Hurley and Sun were having an affair or something. The way in which Hurley said "Good" when Sun said no one else was coming was very creepy. I guess it was the way he said it.

I'm also thinking that was a Jin flashback, as the taxi cab scene was more of an old Jin action. Either way, it's a sad ending. Either Jin is alive and with a new woman (doubtful), or he dies and Sun is left to raise the baby herself.

Hurley has gotten so ****ing big. He was already huge but my God he's put on a lot of weight since last season.

I can't believe it will be eight episodes already come next week. Just think, had the writer's strike not ended, next week would be the last episode of the season.

Anyone else notice that before Sun turned off the TV before calling 911, it was the show featuring that chick? (the one who was buried alive)

one thing i noticed was how good Sun looked after having the baby and as someone mentioned Hurley looked alot fatter but thats probably just the suit...

I thought tonight's episode was pretty good...the biggest thing to me was at the end when it shows Jin's headstone and it says 9/22/2004. What this tells me is that Jin (and probably most of the other Losties) are still alive on the Island, but whatever lie the Oceanic 6 have had to tell involves everyone else dying in the crash (think back to the story Jack told at Kate's trial). Now to juts figure out what happens between now and then...

Yeah, I think Jin is still alive, too. I can understand why the tombstone has the 9/22/04 date as it was probably made shortly after the fake wreckage was found and before anyone knew about the Oceanic 6. However, if Jin was really dead, you would think Sun would get a new tombstone that has his true date of death. She's rich and she loves him.

However, if Jin was really dead, you would think Sun would get a new tombstone that has his true date of death. She's rich and she loves him.

Well, I think the point is that the Oceanic 6 are living a lie...they can't let anyone know what really happened for whatever reason. If they change the date of the headstone (if he is actually dead) it would make people ask questions. I believe he's alive and on the island...

Yeah thats what i was looking for the date on the tombstone which tells us that jin is dead in the sense that he's still on the island and didnt return with the oceanic 6...what i have to ask is what made jin stay and let sun go. It seems as if the writers are hyping up a big desicion or event that is made in the end of the season that explains why there is this split.

Could be simple like just one seat available on the copter. Or they get split up when Sun has a chance of rescue.

The faked plane crash knocks down some of the crazy time theories. I'm not sure whether we can believe the captain as far as Ben staging the crash.

The meeting w. the captain was good although brief, it was good to know that the plane on the bottom of the ocean was a complete staging and not an alternate timeline/reality. Pretty good episode, next week's looks very promising. "Someone's going to die!," and hopefully it's Sawyer who does the killing!

Jin is definitely alive and He's NOT part of the Oceanic 6.

I have a question....

Do we know when the fake wreckage of the plain was found?

This doesn't make sense, if they have a manifest of who was on the plane and they pulled the correct number of bodies from the wreckage, then how can the Oceanic 6 have a plausible story for their survival. Why only 6 survivors?

That leads me to if Ben staged this crash with and wanted it to appear that everyone on Oceanic 815 died, then he couldn't have planned for all this ensuing stuff to happen. So here's the question. How can a guy who has the resources to stage a crash of this magnitude which would take unbelievable amount of cash and manpower, not stop 45 castaways from wreaking havoc on his island. Its not like they were armed when they came there. Take a step back and think about it, its pretty stupid.

Anyway if they came up with a story that everyone is sticking to, then anyone like Jin who is not the 6 will have to be going by a new identity. But shouldn't all the Losties have a grave sight, afterall, they said there were no survivors? Sun should have one right next to Jin. So I believe that Sun was looking at Jin's grave that was put there as a result of the fake crash. So beyond the Oceanic 6, there could be any number of survivors, just going by fake names. The Oceanic 6 were rescued, the other ones like Jin were smuggled off the island by Ben.

What a great ep last night. I didn't see that twist coming and loved every second of it! It makes sense that Jin reacted as upset as he did when he went back for the second panda.

So does that mean we have all 6 members of the Oceanic 6 now?

Jack, Kate, Hurley, Sayid, Sun... and Aaron? Does Aaron count?
