When I start my summer job, there's a good chance I go to that GoHastings site for the 11 seasons of South Park I don't have. Looks like they're all under 10 bucks a piece used. Tremendous deal.Member: OS Uni Snob Association | Twitter: @MyNameIsJesseG | #WT4M | #WatchTheWorldBurn

You ever order from there? I assume you have since your recommending them but Ive never heard of them before. Avatar at that price is somewhat tempting as Im sure it looks awesome in blu-ray but at the same time I really didnt care for the story at all so Im kinda on the fence.
For anyone that has seen this on blu-ray, is it really top notch in terms of picture quality?
EDIT- Damn, they have some really good prices on their used blu-ray movies at that website. I wish I had known about this before as the prices are almost to good to be true.
Keep in mind:
Previously Viewed= Rental (probably missing any extra discs and has the rental barcode sticker in the center of the disc)
Used= A trade-in (usually has all the extra stuff) so go with Used.
I got Star Trek 09 for $10 which was practically new back when it was going for $20-25 a week after release.
Hoping my copy of Avatar has the DVD. I'll let y'all know when it arrives (although I'll probably never watch the DVD)Comment

Re: **Official Blu-Ray & HD-DVD Thread Part II**
Couldnt possibly agree more Gizmo. I actually bought it on blu-ray but havent had a chance to watch it as of yet. I didnt really care for Club Dread and thought Beerfest was average at best. There is an older broken lizard movie I picked up years ago, Puddle Cruiser and it was the first movie they did. To say it was pretty bad is putting it lightly. Luckily for them they went from that to putting out Super Troopers and changing their fortunes for the better. Another Broken Lizard movie Im looking out for is Rogue Scholars as its supposed to be similar to an Animal House except all the Broken Lizard guys are playing teachers who consistently screw with the students so that could be pretty funny as well.Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Got my $15 used copy of Avatar in. Like new with the DVD and blu ray. Did it come with a slip cover? (not that it matters much to me)Comment

Re: **Official Blu-Ray & HD-DVD Thread Part II**
Gotcha. As long as I got the DVD...all smiles here. Going to test out my surround sound setup this weekend.
Update: Avatar is indeed blu ray crack. It's about as close to perfect PQ and AQ as I've ever seen. If you have an HDTV and decent sound system, you owe it to yourself to have Avatar play at least once.

Probably out of the way for most people, but if anyone can ever find Alter Bridge: Live From Amsterdam (on Blu-ray, not DVD) in stock online or in retail anywhere, don't hesitate to drop a link or notice in here for me.
The cover looks like this:
