I just now noticed what he made them say when he told them to say it faster....

Jeez I was an idiot when I first listened to this song years ago.

I mentioned it in here late last night, but only like 3 people commented on the album itself, then the Lil B argument happened.

Listen to Raider Klan, Robb Bank$, Soulja Boy, A$AP Mob, OFWGKTA. All were clearly influenced by Lil B.

No one said "I look like" before Lil B.

No one was cooking before Lil B.

No one described himself as Based before Lil B.

No one said "Swag" between lines before Lil B.

You can make an argument for Rocky, but it'd be slim.

As far as musically, he was influenced by UGK as he's stated numerous times. As far as his demeanor and calling himself a "Pretty Mutha****er" maybe.

As far as ASAP Twelvy, Ant, Ferg, and Nast, they don't rap nor carry themselves remotely the same as Lil B. The only one who even says swag on a regular basis is Rocky.

Awesome album covers right here for the good kid, m.A.A.d. city album (standard and deluxe edition):

Also, heard this song mentioned on Twitter. Not really a fan of this Gunplay guy but I'd love to here someone better jump on this:

How did Eminem change hip-hop? He wasn't the first or only one that raps about stupid ****. His flow is nice, no doubt. Truth is, he got most his publicity because he's white, he's overrated in my opinion.

Dre as in Andre 3000? I hope so. You're saying Dr. Dre, the one who can't even write his own verse, changed hip hop?

I just read Eminem changed hip hop and Gunplay slander.

I think it's time for me to quit this thread.

I don't think Eminem has changed anything other than expectations for white rappers.
