I'm personally holding out for someone to purchase the Meow the Jewels Plan.

Run The Jewels—the rap duo made up of Killer Mike and El-P—really wants people to pre-order their second album, Run The Jewels 2 (or RTJ2), so they made some very enticing packages on Kickstarter to encourage it.

Their pre-order packages include basic t-shirt and record bundles and deluxe vinyl editions. Or, for $40,000, Run the Jewels will remix their entire album with nothing but cat sounds.

A Kickstarter has about $10,000 of that sum accounted for.

He's at the point where someone could make up any negative story about him and people will believe it. That's partly his fault but still.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

                        I like it.

It's not his best and not what I was expecting but it's different in a good way. It's growing on me the more listens I give it. Kinda has an Outkast vibe to it IMO.

I think he released this as his single more to stir the pot rather than because he thought it was a hit. I give him props for having the balls to go left field with this, especially when you consider this is only his second official album (even if Section. 80 was pretty much an album on its own).

It was definitely hilarious seeing the reaction this morning on Twitter. Seems like a good amount of people are turned off and then there's the stans going to bat, which is always entertaining as well.

The funny thing about the new Kendrick song is seeing people say "we miss the old Kendrick", "Kendrick's changing", ect. when it sounds similar to "Celebration" from his EP, five years ago. People are funny.
