Those little kids are better than a majority of the people on the radio.

So, one of my friends makes his own beats and works with a couple guys he met on MySpace. Anyway, he linked this to me and think its hilarious so I thought I would share.

Just got K'naan's Troubador b/c of how much I enjoyed the world cup song "wavin' flag" and it's a pretty good cd. Couple songs I really like on there are Fatima, if rap gets jealous, take a minute, and obviously wavin flag.

Second cd I got was Nas and Damian Marley's distant cousins. Wow is the first word that comes to mind. I wasn't expecting much, that's maybe why it blew me away so much. I didn't even know the two were making a cd together until it was already out. Almost every song on there is great in its own way.

On the real tip......how many times can you mention in a rap song before losing street cred?
And then he said he's gonna take a shower and put perfume on.....really?

I haven't heard anything. Sucks because I'm really looking forward to it.

I get the feeling it won't be released until after the summer with all these big releases coming out like Recovery, Thank Me Later and The R.E.D. Album.

Didn't watch the beginning of it so this could be wrong, but I read somewhere that those kids send Soulja Boy a demo or something and he just took it and made it a song for himself.

I'd listen to those kids over him any day of the week. That Pretty Boy Swag song is quite possibly the worst song I've ever heard.

That's the first thing I thought of. Makes me mad.

I figured with the tour (and the single/video), he was guaranteed to drop the album sometime soon. Now that he's done touring, there's really no reason to drop the album anytime soon. I have a feeling we're in for a long wait.

Yeah, it definitely sucks that L.A.S.E.R.S. keeps getting pushed back. Hopefully, the album will release prior to the end of the summer.

Speaking of Lupe, does anyone believe that either Food & Liquor or The Cool is a classic album? I'd say he's very close to realizing that feat, but he hasn't done it yet. It really doesn't matter because I still consider him the 2nd best lyricist in Hip-Hop.

Anyway, at least we have I'm Beamin' to tide use over........

Oh, and y'all should definitely give Revolutions Per Minute a good listening. It definitely stands as another landmark classic from Talib & Hi-Tek. My favorite tracks are "Lifting Off," "Just Begun," "In This World," "Ballad of the Black Gold," "My Life (Outro)" and "City Playgrounds."

In this world gives me chills.

I wish Talib got the respect he deserves.
