If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment

Re: Official Hip Hop/Rap Music Thread
Not 100% sure who "Fly" is, but I combed through the thread for people with good taste in rap music, so I assume that you think I'm "Fly3".
Anyway, what I posted was part 4 in a series conducted by Noisey that documents Thomas Morton's journey through Chicago interviewing and conversing with popular "drill" artists. It's entertaining. I'd encourage you to watch.Comment

Lol @ "don't let them get you down". Man, if he's actually upset because random folks on a message board are scrolling right past his videos and/or not liking them....I don't know what to him. Acting like we're some Message Board Bullies or something.
Anyway...

Re: Official Hip Hop/Rap Music Thread
I'll share a The College Dropout story in honor of turning 10 years old.
After the album released Kayne did a college campus tour to promote the album. Through the Wire and Jesus Talks were gaining major buzz on radio and MTV/BET at the time. Me being the Rocafella Records stan that I am, couldn't pass up a chance to catch this new cat live. He also had a record out called This Way by Dilated Peoples would be the opening act. Always was a fan of theirs too, so we grabbed tickets right away.
So here I am at the time watching Kanye West perform in the Rhode Island College Gym not knowing how huge he would eventually become. There was another little known artists on stage with Kanye would also later become famous.
John Legend. Who acted as Kanye's keyboard player. The only reason I remember John Legend is because he stopped the show halfway through to curse out the sound guy. Imagine that...John Legend cussing out the sound guy and NOT Kanye West. Times sure have changed.

I got free tickets to a Pusha T (and 2 Chainz, sadly) concert for All Star Weekend and I have a chance to get free Kendrick Lamar tickets. Thanks, David Stern.Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
