Part of me really wishes they would not reboot this series man. Probably the best trilogy I've seen to date. Do they really need to tell his origin again? They should just be like the Bond films and jump right into new characters and storylines. No need to show him as a youth scared of bats, etc...
EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.

The origins and past of a superhero is what basically makes the hero.

How many times does the hero have to remade? Why can't they just tell stories with the hero already established?

I'm the same way, but money talks....

I would hope they don't think they need to re-tell his origin again.

For one, they're probably going to be less than a decade removed from these movies. And secondly, not re-telling an origin story gives them much more running time to work with for the reboot.

I just think at this point that just about everybody knows the rough outline of Batman's origin and that it'd be a waste of time to go back to that again.

I don't think you need to do a full origin like the past movies did, but you gotta give it a brief run down especially because it'll be in a new set universe.

Yeah a quick 5-15 minute prologue would suffice

Personally I think you just go the Batman '89 route.

I'm a huge Batman stan and I would probably skip another origin movie. I just don't have any interest in seeing it retold.

There are ways to reiterate his origin without doing a summary or flashback. Hell, there's only really been one movie that expounded his origins anyway.

And they should definitely use Deathstroke as one of the villains in a future Batman film after how badass Arkham Origins has made him to be. Penguin, Black Mask, Riddler to name a few more.

There's so many more villains they can tap into still. Especially with how limiting the Nolanverse was. That's probably one of the things I'm looking forward to most with a reboot.

I just want a way to work in Nightwing in a way that isn't corny and sets up his own movie.

Can't have Nightwing without him becoming Robin first. Way I see it, just have him be a teenager when he meets Bruce and just make the suit look cool and respectable.

I'm looking at Kick-*** in the teenage "superhero" department when it comes to having a Robin.

                              Yup.

As...dumb...as kid Robin has always been to me, you need Robin in a reboot, because then that opens up the Red Hood story, Nightwing, and a bunch of cool stories.

I do kind of hope that with Marvel's success and them seemingly pumping out movies, combined with this Batman trilogy and MoS success that they are more inclined to make DC movies for more characters.
