He's obviously poking fun at how you basically condone horrible acts as long as they are in retaliation to things, that for the record, many would argue are lesser offenses (in a cartoonish fashion to emphasize the ridiculousness of your point).

Also evident in his examples are the obvious dangers when people take the "eye for an eye" philosophy into their own hands. Because more often than not, you will have someone who might think that "merking" a "fool" is justifiable if they hit your "sweet ride". Just like how you thought there are situations when it is OK to beat up on a woman. At these times in my life, I am thankful that someone like Vickhalloffame and his fallacies are not the source of legal authority in America.

well hey, if you do the crime then you should not be mad when something happens to you for it. its not like i want someone to get beat up or what not for the crimes they have committed, but if they do i won't feel sorry for them at all.

The full clip is in the movie "Backstage" and its clear he is playing with her Also, look at the reaction of the people around him. Everybody is either smiling or has no reaction. I doubt that would be the case if Jay was really hitting someone in anger ON CAMERA.
