No "s" at the end. That's why your tag didn't work. THANKS!"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

That episode was EXCELLENT. Two episodes in and already there's ongoing plot lines which i was afraid wouldn't happen this fast. Got some nice background story as well.HELLO BROOKYLN.

The Alpha storyline has me the most interested. I feel like once we "see" who he is, then an episode set in the past would be interesting to see what all went wrong and why he has such a strong connection to Echo.

Strong rebound from what I thought was a pretty weak pilot episode. Eliza Dushku's acting was much better also, I thought it was painful the first episode. Maybe its just the "Echo" scenes, she doesn't do 'no personality' very well.Comment

"Four brothers. None of them Democrats." Ha.
That was a very impressive episode after a slow pilot. I didn't think they'd have stories like this, but it worked.
That man was very disturbed, though.
Anyone else think that with the way Echo displayed excellent marksmanship and endless courage toward the end of her Deathwatch with Mr. Psycho, that what we're seeing is her previous imprints slowly meshing together?
That's how I see it at least. And I'm going to assume that as we learn more about Alpha, the story will try to have Echo's awareness heighten to reflect Alpha's background."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. Yea, the glitch. I'm thinking whatever is happening to her is what happened to Alpha, though, I guess that might be obvious."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. I want to know what Alpha has to do with her. He spared her on his rampage through the dollhouse and now he's sending Ballard little tips on her specifically for his investigation.HELLO BROOKYLN.

Great 2nd episode! The first one was cool, but with so much going on it's tough to distill it all into one pilot episode.
I like the cross-episode story arcs, along with the different people involved in the Dollhouse process (lady who runs it, security, handler, doctor, geeky imprint guy, Echo, etc).
I think this could be a pretty cool show as it goes on.Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Fast ratings have it at 2.7/5 this past Friday. The pilot was a 2.8/5, so if anything it kept it's viewers which is a good sign."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied.
