Pulp Fiction - Looked really good, sounded awesome. Not much else to say that I haven't said a million times before, but I think my favorite 'story' is Mia and Vincent. Christopher Walken's speech is legendary simply because it is hilarious but also serious as hell. Plus, SLJ is straight badass in every scene.

I dont deny that the visuals are pretty awesome, as was the fight but the story just didnt pull me in. Too much drama for the guy trying to find himself during the whole movie, trying to be a somebody...

That link you provided is a 71/100 movie rating which I agree.

Cyrus.....Anyone seen this movie? It had Jonah Hill, Morrisa Tormei, and the brother from Step Brothers in it.

Not sure what I think of it, it was decent and lame at the same time. Worth a watch, but its not a side spitter you might expect from the cast.

Did it go straight to video or something....given the actors, it could have been much better. Now that I think of it, its more like an after school special.

I think it showed in limited theaters.

71/100 is about spot on for Transformers 3 i think. Totally amazing to look at and show off your system but not that great in terms of story, plot, acting etc. Still better than the 2nd one imo but not on the same level as the first....

So basically a Michael Bay movie.

Lion King - blu-ray is nice, but I think I enjoyed this movie even more now than when I was a kid. For being only 88 minutes there is a ton of stuff going on throughout the film. All the side characters are still awesome.

There is quite a bit to love about this movie, and it's more than likely my favorite Disney cartoon of all time.

However, upon a repeated viewing, I wish it was stretched out to about 95 minutes. The beginning of the film has great pacing, but I thought some things could have been stretched about a little more, even if it was just dialogue exchange breaks. But not to worry; this film still made me tear up on three separate occasions.

This movie, Scream 4, and Fast Five were a fantastic workout for my HT system today and yesterday, though.

How was the quality? I wasn't very impressed seeing it in theaters on the quality.

                                The quality is fantastic, unprecedented.

What you're probably seeing is that, if you recall, this movie was hand drawn. The picture can't look much better. If they redrew it, then they could maybe make it look "better" in one's eyes.

If there's one ugly thing that Blu-ray brings to the table, it's the imperfections that were translated to audio and video. That's how good this format is.
